Energize and Heal Yourself

Have you ever walked into a room and felt the energy in it? Sensed and felt the silence and somberness of a library, the buzz and effervescence of a concert, or the love and joy at a wedding ceremony? In the 60's and 70's they called it the 'vibe' and now it's referred to as energy, but it's all the same thing; waves of energy particles that vibrate at certain frequencies. And it's not just in the locations we enter; it's within us as well. We are each filled with energy which is affected by the foods we eat, thoughts we think and emotions we feel. The higher our bodies vibrate, the healthier we are. Therefore having uplifting thoughts and emotions supports our overall mood and health.

Notice how you feel when you focus on problems in your life or judgments of other people or situations. Now reflect on all the things you are grateful for in your life. Think of as many things as you can and notice how you feel. Those thoughts have their own vibrations which affect your body's emotions which contribute to your overall flow of energy. When your energy is flowing with ease and lightness everything within you matches that. Imagine how healthy you would be living your life from this place. And because like attracts like, imagine how many wonderful things you would attract into your life from this energized state.

At our true essence as spiritual beings we are naturally in a state of ease, lightness and amusement. This gets clouded over by our analytical minds and emotional bodies. When we forget who we really are we let our analyzers run the show and allow our bodies to over react. This can lead to complicated thoughts, judgments, and heavy emotions. Yet when we reconnect to our true self and operate from this higher place of wisdom and neutrality, we can easily redirect our thoughts, clear our emotions and shift our energy. It's amazing how quickly and easily we can do this when we are centered in our spiritual selves.

Experience this now by playing with the following spiritual energy tools:

Centering: Bring all of your awareness into the center of your head, back a couple of inches behind your forehead. Notice the still peaceful quality there. Now move all of your awareness into the front of your forehead. This is often where we are concentrated when thinking and planning. Losing ourselves in this space can feel busy and complicated. Move back to the center of your head and find yourself there. By being in the center of our heads we are more aware of ourselves as spirit and can access our neutrality and truth. From this place we can choose to use our analyzers rather than letting them run us. We can also communicate with our bodies and be aware of our emotions rather than becoming them. Notice how you view yourself, others and life from this centered space.

Grounding: Become aware of an energy connection between your body and the center of the planet. Feel this connection flow from the base of your spine all the way down to the center of planet and allow it to be as wide as your hips. Being grounded supports you in being more present in your body, having an appropriate level of energy, and allows you to release any problems or foreign energy down your grounding.

Aura: Your energy space doesn't just end at your skin. Surrounding your body is an electromagnetic field of energy which is what you see through and are seen through. By owning this space and being aware of the edges of your aura you develop clearer boundaries. This supports you in having more of your energy in your space instead of spreading it out, depleting it. It also prevents others from moving their energy and emotions into your space. Play with expanding and contracting the size of your aura as a way to get a feel for it. Generally, having your aura about an arms length away from your body, in front, behind, beside, above and below will support you in owning this space for yourself.

Have Your Energy: Your energy often gets left with the people, projects and situations you have been focusing on throughout the day. To bring it back into your space you can create an image of a gold sun five or six feet above your head and imagine it's like a magnet calling all of your energy into it. Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body releasing all of your energy back into your own space. You will feel more refreshed and replenished having your energy with you.

Shift Your Energy: Become aware of yourself as a spirit in the center of your head and play with shifting your energy from this place. Tune into your state of ease and lightness as a spiritual being, then say hello to your body and notice how it feels. If your body is feeling heavier than this, set your intention to have your body match your lighter state. Here are a few exercises to support you in doing this. Imagine having an amusement dial which you can turn on and turn up the volume. Allow this vibration of amusement to fill all the cells in your body. Create a dot of clear gold in the center of your head and let it fill your whole head and then your whole body. Become aware of the vibration of pure love and let this energy flow throughout your whole body.

The more we operate through our spiritual awareness the more easily we can shift our energy and create a healthy life. As the saying goes, we are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience. It's up to us to decide who's in charge; our spiritual self or our analyzers and bodies. From there we create our own reality day by day, moment to moment.

We, the ensouling factor of this ship that humanity (along with all other kingdoms) reside on, also known as Earth, recognize that much of the material written through our channels is detailed and esoteric in nature. It is our channel's genetic lineage (which is one of the spiritual elite of long ago who governed ascension in a region that was once known as Lemuria) that causes her to be so detailed in her material. For there are the records of over 300 biological ascensions in her ancestry, and each occurred as the result of intense inner study and the consistent release of those patterns necessary to be transcended in order to ascend.

We also recognize that not everyone will resonate with this material as it focuses on more detail than perhaps the average human has interest in. So this article is written for those who are ascending and perhaps who are not the mapmakers but are ascending nonetheless and need to understand what is happening to their bodies and their lives.

E-X-P-A-N-S-I-O-N

Ascension brings about the expansion of the auric field, the chakras, the subtle bodies and the etheric body that surrounds the form. This ultimately translates down to a physical expansion that follows suit. This expansion will be for all species, including those in human form who choose to ascend. The expansion will also include the global body of Earth. The expansion of Earth will take many centuries and will be gradual enough to allow for humanity along with other species to move as needed as the Earth body is reconstituted.

Why is expansion necessary to ascend? The expansion comes hand in hand with a new biological and biochemical structure that holds a new vibration. This new cellular structure not only holds a higher vibration but is larger in size, which ultimately causes the entire body to grow in the process. It is not just the human form that will increase in size but all species, including the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms along with the dolphins and whales. This expansion will be roughly a twenty per cent increase overall in size and weight.

At another time, the human species stood ten feet in height and was much larger in bone structure and form. Over the last 10,000 years of human history, the human genetic material declined, causing the human form to shrink in stature by many feet and drop in lifespan and consciousness. This is also known as the 'fall of man' in which mankind fell so low in vibration that he/she embodied fear rather than unity consciousness and unconditional love. This has also been called the fall out of the 'Garden of Eden.'

Ascension brings about restitution in the genetic material and vibration that all forms experience on Earth. For the human form, this restitution causes many new glands and organs to grow in the form that allow for the new cellular structure to subsist and results in a renewed level of joy and unity consciousness to prevail in the human experience. Our channel is one of 5,000 mapmakers of the process of ascension in human form and has detailed articles on the subject available free of charge on this website.

About six years ago, the first group of 100 humans embarked on the initiations to restore the physical form to what is called the 'crystalline form' (of which our channel is one). It was determined, after some planning, that it was not appropriate to restore the human form to its original size and stature. For one thing, a ten foot tall human would have a difficult time living in your current civilization. The second consideration was simply an issue of chi or energy. Too much energy would be expended attempting to restore the original height to the form that could be expended instead in the process of resurrection and ascension.

You see, the loss of genetic material and consciousness has caused much of the human form to decay over time. Even babies are born with over ten to fifteen per cent decay already present that has become a part of the human genetic encoding. By the time a human is fifteen years in age, they stop growing and begin to age. This occurs as the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) ceases to be produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. By the time an average human form reaches age thirty, the form has decayed by thirty per cent. By the time the form reaches fifty, it is over fifty to sixty per cent decayed. Decay is aging, which is also the result of molecules that have ceased to vibrate in the energetic gridwork of the form.

In order to bring forth the first known cases of resurrection of the decay and the growth of the crystalline cellular structure, the human growth hormone must be activated. This hormone allows cells to be converted or transmuted to a new biochemical structure that holds a higher vibration and allows those cells that have decayed or scarred to be resurrected. HGH also brings forth an overall growth of the form, not so much in height, but in size.

Not everyone would like to know what the future will bring, and from the standpoint of living life to the fullest, it is most useful to live in the present, for the present contains both past and future in an alive and integrated way. Yet, because of the soul-nature of each human being, it is inevitable that certain perceptions, knowings, intuitions, and even certainties can arise within consciousness, without the rational side of the mind knowing how they got there, and without knowing their validity. If such intuitions occur when asking for guidance or at a time of meditation or prayer, they are more likely to seem valid, though even then, they may be colored by other factors that alter the perception of truth and therefore may create a sense of doubt.

The fact that a soul chooses to incarnate within a body prior to a given lifetime, means that the soul has an intention or purpose in mind for that lifetime – something that each embodied self is here to do or learn. When this sphere of activity or learning corresponds to specific relationships that are needed in order that it occur, or to world events that must take place before certain soul aspects are brought out into the open and activated, then it often happens that there is also a sense conveyed of the necessary elements that are being awaited, though in a non-specific way. One can, therefore, sense that something very important will happen during a particular time ahead and that one needs to prepare for such a time. Or, one can sense that a particular direction in life needs to be taken according to a deep internal conviction that it is necessary, even though the more rational self may not know why it is necessary.

It sometimes happens that one must wait many years for a soul-aspect or aspect of soul purpose to reveal itself. This often occurs when world conditions must arrange themselves so that one is called into service, so-to-speak, in a situation in which the service requires a particular external configuration or set of conditions, and cannot happen before then. During the years of waiting, an individual may become disillusioned and doubting about what they are waiting for as they watch time go by. Often there is a sense of lack of accomplishment, failure, or despair about 'wasting' precious time, not knowing that the passage of time is in itself both necessary and a way of strengthening soul purpose. Instead, this waiting period is viewed as a testimony to failure.

We are, today, in such a time of anticipating great events that are to take place on the world stage in many areas of life – economically, politically, socially, and in terms of the way we think about life itself. Many are still waiting for the larger changes that they have been led to anticipate in communications from the soul level that will let them know how to proceed. These changes will also signal the fact that a new way of life is coming into being - for them, individually, and for the planet as a whole. Now is a time in which to develop deeper spiritual anchoring, since what will ultimately convey a sense of truth concerning both the present and future is not what someone else perceives regarding that future, but what the inner self believes and feels with a deep sense of conviction.

For each one here now, it is time to seek guidance and to allow the thoughts and feelings that emerge from the soul-level to have space within the conscious self so that the way can be made smooth and the heart can be made ready. This 'allowing' is best done through developing a way of spiritually anchoring in peace and light, a way that renews the self and its connection with its deeper spiritual Source. A spiritual practice undertaken alone can create such anchoring, as can being with a group of people who are similarly trying to find a deepened sense of connection with the Source of all and with their own path of service.

Blessed is this time of transition and all that it shall bring. May all who seek the light know that it is already within them, and that it waits to expand into its fullness in the passage of time that lies ahead.

VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY

Higher vibrational frequency is the name of the game in experiencing joy, ease, peace, true wisdom and total Love. The higher we rise in frequency, the closer to Source we are vibrationally, and the more we experience the God-knowingness and true power of Source. Your frequency is correlated with the amount of Life Force you have flowing freely through you, so maintaining alignment with Source and allowing full and free flow of Life Force is crucial to experiencing the sublime realm of higher frequency. Here are some key strategies for staying aligned and moving Life Force through you:

KEY STRATEGIES

* Radiate Love unconditionally.

When you stop tying your Love to people and other entities, your ego will find less reasons to withhold Love and pinch off the flow of Life Force, also known as "Love," through you. Ego will always find reasons why someone "doesn't deserve" your Love, or will shut down or diminish the flow if it thinks the object of your Love isn't open to receive it, etc. If Source—demonstrating the highest vibrational frequency—considered whether or not we were open to receive Love before allowing Love to flow, Creation would collapse! So, instead of loving someone or something, make it your practice to simply love, period! Loving, no matter what, just as Source does, is the key to maintaining higher vibrational frequency. And you can trust that your Love is always received—it is received by the receptive aspects of Source, thus completing the grand cycle of Love going out from, and returning to, Source.

* Be impeccably honest.

Honesty maintains you in the Flow of Life Force and Love. Dishonesty is of the ego, therefore, being dishonest necessarily removes you from the Flow. In order to be dishonest, which is an ego-manipulation strategy, you step out of Love and into the lower vibrational realm of duality, the misery matrix, the place where ego exists. While your ego may tell you that being dishonest is a survival strategy, it is telling you an untruth. Because there is no Life Force in duality, being dishonest depletes Life Force—hardly a survival move! Honesty is not only the way to stay in the Flow, or to step back into it if you've fallen for ego's misguided manipulations, your honesty provides an invitation back into the Flow for everyone connected to you. Of course, being completely honest with yourself is the first step.

* Make joy your priority.

Joy is your emotional response to higher frequency, and your guide to whether you're in or out of the Flow. When you feel joyful, you are in the Flow. When you are feeling less-than-joyful, your ego has choked off the full flow of Life Force through you. When you're in the Flow, your frequency is elevated due to the increased Life Force moving through you, and you experience joy and its constant companions, ease and peace, the state of being we all long for. The longing for joy is the carrot the Creator installed within us to assure that however far we dipped in frequency, we would always desire to come Home to the frequency level at which we were designed to thrive. When you make experiencing joy your first priority, your life aligns around that, and supports your staying in joy. When you are in joy, whatever you create is in alignment with joy, so joy begets more joy! Contrary to popular belief, joy is not just the result of some sort of mystical coming together of favorable factors, but is the result of continually choosing to be in vibrational alignment and in the Flow.

THE SIXTH CHAKRA &

OPENING THE THIRD EYE

The sixth chakra is often known as the Third Eye. However, according to the postulates of yoga (specifically those written by H. H. Mahatapaswi Shri Kumarswamiji), the pituitary gland of the sixth chakra and the pineal gland of the seventh chakra must join their essence in order to open the Third Eye.

PITUITARY GLAND
The pituitary gland is about the size of a pea and is located behind the center of our forehead, between our eyes. Therefore, the sixth chakra is often called the Brow Chakra. The pituitary gland is known as the master gland because it acts as a main control center that sends messages to all the other glands from its two lobes, the posterior and the anterior. The pituitary gland prompts the proper growth of glands and organs and regulates sexual development.The pituitary gland is called the "seat of the mind" with the frontal lobe regulating emotional thoughts such as poetry and music, and the anterior lobe regulating concrete thought and intellectual concepts. On the other hand, the pineal gland is known as the "seat of illumination, intuition and cosmic consciousness". The pineal gland is to the pituitary gland what intuition is to reason.

PINEAL GLAND
The pineal gland is cone shaped and is located in the middle of the brain behind and just above the pituitary gland. The pineal gland contains pigment similar to that found in the eyes and is connected to the optic thalami, hence it controls the action of light upon our body. The pineal gland is located in the posterior end of the third ventricle of the brain and the pituitary gland is located in the roof of the third ventricle. It is said that the joining of the essences of these two glands in the third ventricle is what opens the Third Eye.The pineal gland acts in two ways to inhibit the action of the pituitary gland. First, the pituitary gland is responsible for activating adolescence and the beginning of sexuality, and the pineal gland checks the pituitary gland to prevent premature sexual awakening. Second, human thought is regarded as a result of suspended action, and the pineal gland inhibits the immediate discharging of thoughts into action. This inhibition causes us to look inward and to deeply ponder our actions and reactions.This introversion is indispensable for self-realization as it displaces our attention from the outer world to the inner. When the external world disappears, our circle of consciousness contracts because our primary attention is focused upon our inner self. It is this inner attention that magnetizes "spiritual light" into the pineal gland.

THE THIRD VENTRICLE
The third ventricle of the brain is a narrow opening lying near the base of the cerebral hemispheres and separating the two thalamic areas. These thalamic areas are the brain's "storehouse" of all our sensory perceptions. When the pituitary and pineal glands are fully developed and stimulated through meditation upon the sixth and seventh chakras, their vibrations fuse and activate the Third Eye. Once the Third Eye is open we have personal access to higher knowledge. The opened Third Eye is called the "Eye of the Soul".

Shiva yoga is a form of yoga practice which concentrates on awakening the pineal gland. This gland is often dormant because our third dimensional self is usually focused on the outer sensate world rather than the higher spheres. Shiva yoga teaches that cosmic light descends to meet the individual through the optic thalamic nerve connection of the crown chakra. Once the Kundalini has risen to the pituitary gland, it merges with the cosmic light which the pineal gland has received in the third ventricle.

MYSTICAL MARRIAGE
The human brain has a fundamental resemblance to a human, androgynous embryo. The pituitary gland holds the positive, masculine charge and the pineal holds a negative, feminine charge. When the masculine and feminine energies meet in the brain it is known as the Mystical Marriage. The Mystical Marriage initiates the birth of our multidimensional consciousness and our conscious passage into the fifth dimension and beyond.

The rising Kundalini pulls the energy up from Mother Earth through the nerve channels, into the medulla oblongata, through the pons area of the brain and then down into the pituitary gland behind the eyes. The increasing pituitary radiations then pass through the third ventricle to awaken the pineal gland which has received light from the higher dimensions. The feminine earth energy merges with the masculine pituitary gland and the feminine pineal gland receives the masculine unmanifest energy from Spirit. When the two awakened chakras' essences meet in the third ventricle, there is the union and harmony of spirit into matter as the multidimensional forces of spiritual light merge with the matter of our third dimensional brain.

THE THIRD EYE
The opened Third Eye is also known as the Middle Eye of Shiva, the Eye of Horus, and the Horn of the Unicorn. The Temple of Maat in early Egypt was dedicated to the process of opening the Third Eye. The Third Eye is an etheric, or fourth dimensional, eye. It acts as a sensitive receiver, and transmitter, by which vibrations of many different types can be translated, interpreted and dispersed into our third dimensional brains to gain wisdom and illumination. Through this EYE, inner planes, thought forms, and higher entities are perceived. A better sense of cause and effect is also acquired.

All eyes need a lens to give meaning to a perceived light sensation, including the Third Eye. The Third Eye's lens is located in our aura, just in front of our sixth chakra. The psychic construction of this lens is part of the discipline that leads to the accurate perception with our inner eye. By using this point in our aura (between our eyes and in the center of our forehead) as a focal point during meditation, we can facilitate the development of our Third Eye's lens. Using this form of meditation also facilitates theta wave consciousness.

THETA WAVES
Theta waves (4-7 cps) occur in sleep and are dominant in our highest state of meditation. We normally only experience theta waves as we drift off to sleep, during some dreaming, and as we return from the depths of delta sleep. The pictures we perceive as we drift off and awaken are in theta wave. During theta wave meditations, we are in a waking dream where vivid imagery flashes before our inner vision. In this state, we are extremely receptive to information sent from the higher dimensions.

The Shamanic State of Consciousness, which is theta brainwaves, allows us to journey into the higher planes. The steady-rhythmic beat of the drum struck four and one-half times per second (theta waves are 4-7 cps) is the key to transporting a shaman into the deepest part of his or her Shamanic trance. The constant and rhythmic-drone of Tibetan Buddhist chants that transport the monks and other listeners into realms of blissful meditation also follow this rhythm.

Theta waves have also been identified as the gateway to learning and memory. Theta meditation increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress and awakens intuition as well as other extrasensory perception skills. Theta consciousness allows us to connect with our creative inspirations, spiritual guidance and peak experiences. Through theta wave meditation, we can open our Third Eye and access the delta waves that unite us with Universal Energy and Cosmic Consciousness.

We all know it when we see it in others. A woman walks into a room radiating warmth, strength and a positive energy. We are drawn to her, although she does nothing to draw attention to herself. We are as curious about her as she seems to be about others. She is engaging, but not dominating; joyous without pretension. She reflects a generosity of spirit that accompanies a grateful heart. She is comfortable in her own skin; she is a vessel of personal power.

We also know it when we feel it ourselves. The mornings when we awaken with an inner knowing that all is well. Either life is proceeding exactly as we wish, or we know that we can handle whatever life dishes out. The moments when we are tempted to prove we are right, but veer onto a course of simply sharing our truth and accepting that others may not see things through the same lens. The crossroads where we choose to pursue an uncertain path of growth and passion instead of taking the more familiar one of comfort and perceived security. The opportunities to serve that we embrace, although others might see us as foolish and in need of some coaching in how to be more self-serving. We feel calm, focused, confident, and fully engaged.

We recognize it; we experience it. But, how do we develop more of it? Perhaps the process is more of an unveiling than of an acquisition. By it's very definition, personal power comes from within. It is not a "role" or legitimate power bestowed upon us by others when we assume a certain position – Department Manager, CEO, or even Head of the Household. It is not "cultural" power that we assume at birth or ritually earn – Prince Charles, a Philly gang leader, or the first-born son of a Chinese couple. It is not "affiliate" power of knowing and networking with the right people within the right circle. It is not even "intellectual" power, because a genius is labeled such by others.

Personal power comes from the inside out, and therefore need not be given, earned, learned, or bestowed upon us. It simply must be revealed. Like a brilliant diamond residing within a lump of coal, our personal power needs only to be released. Through prayer and meditation, we can buff away the fears that make us weak, defensive and self-centered. By embracing life's joys and practicing rituals of gratitude, we soon glow with contentment. And if we commit to using our gifts in the service of others, all of our facets seem to catch the light. We do not need to prove how smart, important, or talented we are. We simply know it. And others see it. Fearless, joyful and making a difference, our personal power surfaces.

We’ve come to understand that thoughts are energy. Actions are energy. Your entire life is filled with energy frequencies. Pay careful attention to what you project into the world. Thoughts are can be very powerful attractors.

A recent study shows just how powerful we really are at the basic level of our mere thoughts.

There is now scientific evidence proving just how important our thoughts can be to health and personal wellbeing.

Recent studies show that DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.

Our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but it also serves as data storage and communication. This is an important key to changing our DNA structures.

We only use 10% of our DNA for building proteins in the body. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered "junk DNA”. But is it really “junk” or useless DNA?

The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences, the study of meaning in language forms and the basic rules of grammar

Scientists also found out that our DNA can also cause disturbing patterns in the quantum vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time.

Your DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hypercommunication is most effective in a state of relaxation.

Stress and worries block effective or successful hypercommunication It distorts the information making it useless to us. As we initiate greater individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all the group’s information via our DNA.

We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network.

Remote healing, telepathy or "remote sensing" about the state of relatives etc. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hypercommunication.

Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated.

Hypercommunication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind.

These discoveries will change the face of our understanding our physiology and how we perceive the capabilities of us as individuals. Spiritual growth seems to be the key component. Since this is a primarily focus of many individual’s today, you can see just how important this really is.

When you live from the mind you live the illusion. When you live in harmony with Spirit you are able to transcend the illusion and create a reality that reflects your power and divinity. The choice is yours to make. The mind believes the temptation that what you want is out of your reach. The mind believes that you are less than perfect and have limitations. Spirit can take you from the realm of impossible to that of limitless possibilities. When the mind and Spirit are in harmony miracles and transformation occur.

When they work together, the mind and Spirit move forward in Truth, standing firm in the knowledge of your divinity and power. You will then no longer need to create chaos and drama, live with fear and doubt or experience limitations. No one can make you believe that you are imperfect, powerless or undeserving. The world will always hold out the illusion of powerlessness to you-you do not have to accept it as the truth for you. You have come here to change that illusion for yourself and for all of humanity. You are now being prepared, dear ones, to learn the dynamics of how you will be functioning in the fourth and fifth dimension. In the higher realms, we no longer function so much as separate individuals. All we do is done more at group level, so to speak. It is no longer so much "I did this and I did that". It is more like "we did this and we did that" as a group, together. This is your next step, beloveds, to learn to function as group awareness, in total oneness, love and harmony, while retaining your individuality as a soul.

In the fifth dimension you create instantly by your thoughts. If your thoughts and feelings are not loving and harmonious at all time, you will be creating havoc in that dimension, and know that it simply will not be tolerated. If this happens, you will be sent back to the fourth or third dimension once again, whatever will be the case, until you learn to control your thoughts and feelings, and master the full curriculum of those dimensions. This should give you a clue as to why so many of you are still here in the third dimension. Some of you are here physically on Earth right now because you have volunteered to come and help the Earth during Her transition, while others are still here because they have not yet applied themselves enough to master the curriculum of Earth to a sufficient degree to qualified to move on to the next level.

The fourth dimension is the place where the last stage of learning of this mastery will take place for many of you in the next 10 to 12 years ahead. The sooner you are able to master your thoughts and feelings and open your hearts to unconditional love, the sooner you will be able to personally climb this spiritual ladder, as you yearn to move on to the higher realms of those dimensions. Each one of the higher dimensions has seven levels of learning and initiation; each level will have to be mastered before moving on to the next. This means that as souls, some of you will make it to the fifth dimension sooner, while others will linger on for a very long time. It is all a question of the choices you are making in the every now moments of your daily life.

Learning group dynamics and learning to master group work with set intentions and total harmony and co-operation with each other now, while still on the third level, will give you a head-start in your near cosmic future. Anyone trying to create separation because of human opinions, right or wrong, it does not matter, may very well be creating for themselves a situation that will cause them to be held back, at least temporarily, in their climb to the top. This principle applies to all groups, not only to spiritual groups.

By those words, I just cracked open the door, beloved ones, to give you a glimpse of part of the curriculum you will have to learn and master while transitioning into the fourth dimension, on your way to the fifth.

Granted that the path of initiation has never been made to easy, the ascension doors have never been opened so wide, the Earth has never received so much assistance, and you, beloveds, have never received so much grace. The grace that is offered to you at this time is of a magnitude so great that only in your cosmic future will you be able to understand the full impact of it. This grace of such great compassion that is offered now to humanity does not mean that the path of initiation is scrambled. There is no short cut to this ascension door; all initiations will have to be mastered one by one. The grace that is offered on the planet now, and in the months and years to come, will soften your path and will shorten your walk. How much shorter will your walk be? It will be different for each one according to their ability and willingness to open their heart to Unconditional Love and their application of the Laws of Life.

Because abuse of power and distortions of divine principles by governments and religious leaders, and in practically all walks of life, have been so rampant on Earth for so very long, many of you live with a passionate desire to experience freedom from control and manipulation, from application of a distorted system of hierarchy. A great majority of you is now completely turned off to the idea of hierarchy of any kind, even spiritual hierarchy. Because your hearts are still in pain over this long-term abuse, it is very understandable from our viewpoint.

Nevertheless, on the higher realms, a system of spiritual hierarchy does exists, and it is this very system that keeps the Universe and all of God's creation functioning in divine order. Your denial of it, your refusal to admit that hierarchy exits on the higher realms will not change it. I desire to remind you that on the higher realms, we function with a system of hierarchy based "only on pure Love" and for the greatest good of all; and this is most wondrous, dear ones.

In the time to come, this system of hierarchy will be implemented on Earth as well; it simply cannot be otherwise. It will be benevolent and will be based on Love and Divine principles. The ones that will rule, will rule only because of their divine rights to rule. The level of spiritual attainment, love and mastery they have attained will earn these rights. A system of hierarchy based on divine principles is not designed to deprive you of your powers by all means. On the contrary, it will serve to enhance your divinity and your powers to great heights.

I ask you to let go of your misconceptions and fears concerning spiritual hierarchy. We perceive that many lightworkers are almost making vows to reject any kind of authority. On the higher dimensions, all of us, including you, and who you are on the other side of the veil, all of creation, from the tiniest insect to the highest level of the Godhead functions on a system of hierarchy. When you move to your next level, you will find that you will be working and studying in groups. Each group is always sponsored by a member of a higher echelon on the ladder of evolution. This does not mean that one is superior to the other. Ultimately all is one, and none is better than the other. It simply means that one has attained sooner than you what you are striving for, and is willing to be your mentor in attaining your goals.

On the same token, as you take classes and work under those who have attained sooner than you did, you will also be responsible to be in a position of hierarchy or mentor for a certain group of souls who have not yet attained the same level you have, and it will be with great joy and a feeling of fulfillment that you will work with them. The ladder of evolution and attainment is earned through "service" to life. This is one of the mysteries of this great chain on Life. This is why we are always so willing and in joy to be of assistance to all of you.

There is what you call "free will" on the higher dimensions. There is also a greater sense of freedom than experienced on Earth, yes. But know that there is no free will or liberty when it comes to the freedom of misusing energy with negativity as it has been permitted to create and experience on Earth for so very long. I ask you, dear ones, to start practicing now what is required to attain your mastery. The payoff is very much worth it.

I affirm that I am now ready to increase my trust in the goodness of the universe. I relax my body. I bring relaxation into my arms and shoulders. I adjust my posture so that my chest and back are comfortable. I notice my legs and feet and sit in a way that lets energy flow throughout my body.

I increase my trust in my ability to draw to myself what I need and want by remembering a time when I trusted that something would come to me-- and it did. I think of something I want that I know is for my higher good. I picture what having this will give me, what quality of energy I will have when this object or situation comes to me.

I make a picture of having this. I now expect to have this or something even better. I believe in myself and in my ability to create what is good for me. I affirm that the universe is abundant and that I can have what I want. I now affirm my trust in the goodness of: Myself, My soul, The Universe, God/Goddess/All That Is, Fill in:_______.

I trust that every thing comes in the perfect time and in the perfect way. I trust that those things that I do not get are not for my higher good, or do not serve me to have at this time. I surrender to my soul and the universe, and open to receive my higher good in all of its many forms and from its many sources.

I affirm that the universe is always working perfectly through me and for me. My heart is open and I trust myself and the universe to create the life I want to live.

The human body is a very complex machine which constantly has to coordinate physical activities, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, communication with others, planning ahead, thinking about the past, looking at options, choosing opportunities etc. Living is incredibly complicated and we rarely congratulate ourselves for all those little things we do each day. In fact, we barely notice them. We take everything for granted, from the food we manage to digest to all those decisions we have to make and must get right.

Sometimes we really should just stop worrying about the past and what's coming next and start living right here and now, in the present, aware of what the body is doing, of how people around are communicating and influencing us, and of all those choices we are about to make, from picking a lunch to making a huge career or relationship move.

Energy healing such as Reiki is based on the channeling of healing energies in the major chakras to restore balance and a normal flow of life energy in the body and in the aura. It is holistic in the sense that unlike traditional medicine, it looks at the different aspects of your being (not only the physical) and also seeks to heal the source of the condition rather than its symptom.

You don't need to be ill to benefit from energy healing as we all have lots to deal with and we all have issues to resolve on the subconscious level. We can't change our nature and become someone different, but we can become ALL that we truly are, without the fears, the anxiety, the limiting beliefs etc. Energy healing is about BEING ALL YOU CAN BE.

Basic Concepts

Let's introduce some basic concepts of energy healing such as the aura, the chakras, illnesses from a holistic point of view and how energy healing works and can help you.

The aura consists of seven bodies, each of them centered on the physical body, and having its own unique frequency. They are interrelated and affect one another and therefore the person's feelings, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and health. A state of imbalance in one of the bodies leads to a state of imbalance in the others. The different bodies are: the etheric body, the emotional body, the mental body and a group of higher bodies usually referred to as the spiritual body.

The chakras are "Spinning Wheels of Light" (the translation of the Sanskrit word 'chakra'). Each of these major chakras is connected to a specific energy body and to energy channels in the physical body. They are centers of activity that receive, assimilate and express life force energy. Their main function is to transform and circulate life energy to nourish the cells of the physical body as well as the light bodies. They are therefore responsible for the person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual functions. They absorb and transmit energies to and from the universe, nature, celestial entities, from people, and even from things.

When one (or more) of the chakras is blocked and the energy does not flow harmoniously through them, it will result in imbalance that can be manifested in any or all areas of life, and on all levels (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual).Over time the blockages in the meridians and other natural energy channels can lead to local physical conditions or general illnesses as the body cells and organs don't receive enough life force.

Childhood traumas, cultural conditioning, limited belief system, bad habits, physical and emotional injuries, even just lack of attention, all contribute to chakra blockage. Difficulties abound in life, for each one, we develop a coping strategy. If these difficulties persist, these coping strategies become chronic patterns, anchored in the subconscious as defense structures. It is important to recognize the blocks we carry, find and understand their source and meaning, and develop tools to heal them.

Energy healing is a SAFE, non-invasive channeling of natural energy to assist the self healing of a person at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It is not aligned to any religion and is directed by spiritual guidance and most importantly, ultimately controlled by the subconscious of the person receiving the treatment. It can be used as complementary therapy: It complements and enhances the health care the patient receives in the hospital or from other health care providers.

The power of energy healing comes from the early identification of disruptions and disturbances at the level of energy BEFORE they can manifest in diseases and disorders. Energy healing also helps by boosting your energy field with the universal energy and by dissolving blockages and balancing chakras. This restores a better flow of energy, which enables self-healing and brings balance into your body, mind, and emotions. It is not the practitioner's energy which does this: it is universal energy channeled and sent to your being by the practitioner. And it is your willingness to receive and integrate universal energy to create the healing that restores health and prevents illness.

Remembering Your Soul Purpose

"IN THE HIGHER REALMS, all only exists if we entertain thoughts of it in our consciousness. If we do not believe something exists, or do not believe in it and make it real, it will simply not exist as we are not giving it any energy. Time is very much in the moment in the higher realms as well. Anything not in our consciousness for that moment is simply gone. And remember, this ties in as well to our very quick manifesting time now.

At times during the ascension process we may not remember who we spoke to or what we did yesterday and even hours before. What happened last week or that morning may seem like it occurred a lifetime before. We are living very much in the moment now, and can literally begin creating fresh within each moment and at the dawn of each new day.

What remains consistent for us then is only what we choose to keep in our consciousness on any regular basis. It is what we choose to keep a connection to. As for the whole, we also create realities according to what the majority or collective are believing and buying into and keeping alive.

On this note, then, the same is true for people. What we focus on in them and what we believe they are about and who they are, brings that into our reality and experience. Now more than ever, people will enter our lives who are matching our own vibrations in some ways. In the higher realms, like energy attracts like energy very rapidly and becomes our realities. There are always pieces and themes of common ground between all those that are in our lives. We may seem more of one particular trait when we are with our friend John, and more of another trait when we are with Leslie, and so on.

What does all this mean? It means that we can literally create and mold people to who we believe they are. If we see their highest form, then that is how they will manifest to us when we interact with them. If we see their darkness, then the same. And in these new higher realms, we are seeing more and more of each individual's highest selves.

What we focus on becomes real. Several years ago I began a new contract with a school district working with a severely physically disabled young man in a Junior High school setting. This being had a history of inappropriate and defiant behavior and his identity and power came from acting out and getting into all kinds of trouble. That seemed to be all he was about.

My first step involved consulting with staff and the vice principal regarding putting a new identity in place for him. Their usual response to him when interacting and passing him in the hallway was, "Have you been staying out of trouble lately?" or communications to a similar effect. I encouraged them to instead focus on his new achievements as he was just learning to read and write and had begun to write for the school newspaper. This alone worked magic. He began to get a new image of himself and eventually that was who he became, as well as being highly revered and respected for his new talents.

We can now take this phenomenon to even higher levels as we are now in the higher realms. Remember, manifestation time is very rapid now. What we think about and believe can show up in our space in immediate "time." And in addition, with much of our density and the lower vibrational aspects of ourselves having dropped away through the ascension process, we are now glowing brightly more and more as our true divine selves are most certainly rising to the surface

Eventually, our higher selves are all we will see in each other and we are growing closer and closer to this reality every day. In addition, through arriving in the higher dimensions, we are able to see very clearly who our soul brothers and sisters are in the physical.

In these higher vibrational realities, it is beautifully different. It is as if the veil has been lifted and we suddenly decided to remove our masks and reveal ourselves to each other. "I remember you now! Remember what we came to do? How has it been for you?", we may exclaim. And the feeling and remembering of coming home to our closest family and seeing who they really are is simply indescribable (and quite emotional!)."

The Shape of the Soul

The Soul creates its memories and perceptions of time and space through spiral and fractal forms and shapes.

It is these shapes and forms that are also known as the "Soul Journey" because it is by moving the physical body into these alignments that the memories of the Soul are revealed.

Memory is created when these forms connect and interact with matter, energy and consciousness.

The Soul becomes infused with these forms and shapes, its memory is created and so the "Journey of the Soul" is built.

The Soul then begins to perceive these forms, shapes and memories as being its purpose and so it creates dimensional forms of self that are congruent with this perception.

This "journey" becomes the blueprint for the creation of the singular selves.

The personality, the ego and the mind is created to fulfill and grow within the parameters of these forms and shapes.

The Soul remembers the Higher Self but just like the singular dimensional selves are prone to do, it believes that just a few things need to be taken care of first.

Just a few things and then we can return home.

Those few things turn into lifetimes until one day, the Soul forgets exactly how to return.

Its only memory is a yearning for "something"…and the perception of this "something" comes only from the feeling that "something" is missing.

The key to achieving reconnection is alignment.

Alignment is the resolution of intention and direction.

Just as the physical density requires the correct alignments to hold the balance for walking, speak with fluency and to maintain the equilibrium of the biochemistry and hormones of the body, the alignments of the mental densities are what allow the mind to think, conceptualize, imagine and perceive within the singular and/or the multi-dimensional aspects of the self.

Alignment occurs not through "trying" but through "being."

Alignment is the act of becoming the same as.

It is for this reason that the imagination and ideas are so powerful.

The imagination directs the consciousness, the body and mind toward alignment.

This direction is intention, however alignment requires the resolution of this intention in order to achieve completion.

True alignment is undiluted purity of "being."

Imagination and ideas begin as diluted forms of intention.

This is an alignment that is coming into "being."

It is moving in the direction of "being."

Through the process of continual immersion and saturation in a form and idea, consciousness moves towards alignment.

With time and correct practice, intention and direction will become alignment and "being."

Now the Soul holds its memories in the fractal forms of spirals which are made up of shapes which are made up of even smaller spirals.

Given that alignment means becoming and being, consciousness must conform to these spirals and shapes in order to connect with the Soul and the Soul memory.

Remember that it is the Soul Journey or memory that makes the Soul what it is at any given time.

Without the Soul Memory, the Soul is actually free and pure – it is the Soul Memory that gives the Soul purpose.However it is this very purpose that creates disharmony within the Soul and thus each of the dimensional selves, because purpose negates the Soul's understanding of true peace – that is peace with "what is."

Throughout life times the Soul creates singular selves that would reflect its understanding of its purpose.Life is experience and experience brings lessons that are embedded into the memories of the soul.

These memories continue to spiral through each lifetime, with each shape and form reflecting experiences and interactions from past Soul lessons and lifetimes.

Eventually the journey has moved so far and the false purpose has gained so much memory and shape, that all that is remembered of the Higher Self is that it is "something" very important that seems to be missing.

The Soul has created so many memories and it is the depth of these memories that creates distance, time and space.

It is this time and space that is the illusion of separation, and so this separation becomes the single greatest barrier between the Soul and the Higher Self.

Through many lifetimes, the Soul creates the singular selves which then seek to discover alignments that bring true fulfillment.

It seeks to create and align itself with material wealth, satisfaction of the ego, accomplishment, knowledge and power.

For a time these may suffice, but through life time after life time the cycle of repeatedly achieving the same things ultimately wears thin.

What remains is the yearning for "something" – the completion that would take the Soul home.

The old Soul is one that can no longer find the same satisfaction in the games that it once sought to fill the void.

In time the old Soul learns to walk past all of these and to listen to the one calling that has remained constant from the very beginning.I

t is with this acknowledgement that the true purpose of the Soul's Journey is realized.

The reunion with the Higher Self – the return home.

Connection to the Higher Self is always about alignment.Any complexity that is perceived within this simplicity appears simply because each dimensional self, just like each dimension, has its own rules, beliefs and laws.In order to find alignment these elements must be followed.

The simple guiding principle has always been to learn to "let go."

The truth of "letting go" means to move each specific dimensional self into alignment with the Higher Self and to allow the connection to occur.

By then observing a specific dimensional self, the mind will be shown immediately how to progress through the crystallization that is the singular self.So in some cases "letting go" will entail allowing tension to increase before it inevitably subsides.In other cases "letting go" requires allowing such emotions as hatred or fear to increase until the core of that emotion is met.It is only at this perimeter that one can say that they are truly objective and so the path between the Higher Self and the singular self can be said to be open.

If one is flitting between beliefs of right and wrong then it is like taking a step towards the door then taking a step back.What is occurring is that the consciousness moves towards the perimeter of its own crystallization and then doubts or questions which then moves it back to what is known, familiar and comfortable.The consciousness becomes like a tight rubber band that restricts movement and returns any movement to its crystallized form.

Alignment cannot come into being without intention and direction – this is movement, so without the ability to move, alignment becomes difficult if not impossible.This is where objective observation comes into play.Objective observation is the same as pure awareness, mindfulness and surrender.

Where the Soul collects memories and creates a Journey, objective observation releases memory and creates the alignment of the destination here and now.The only issue is - and this is a big issue, is that it is possible to fool one self into believing they are being objective when really they are not.

To truly be objective one must be able to reach the point where they can feel a sensation of pain and yet not be in suffering. The physical consciousness, the body, feels the pain, but the mind is clear of its reaction to pain. Since pain is the sensation and suffering is the mind's reaction to pain, then when the mind is clear of its reaction there is no suffering.

The mind is then able to perceive pain in its true form which is simply energy.At the same time through objective observation, the consciousness cultivates an alignment with the dimensional aspect that is the Higher Self.We call this practice "cultivation" because cultivation is a direction or a movement toward an alignment.

When the alignment is complete then the cultivation is complete – there is no more direction needed because the journey is complete – the destination is here now.Without an understanding of alignment, fractal and spiral laws and objective observation, the potentials of meditation can never be found.Of course without dedication on the behalf of the practitioner the true potential can never be found either.

As you will have discovered, the Higher Self is exceedingly gentle in its approach.It comes through opening to it through your own crystallizations.You cannot force it or trick it, you can only open yourself to it by acknowledging who you are right here and now and using this as the portal to it.

The Soul on the other hand is very forthright in its nature to come through.For sure a certain amount of letting go is required, but the process is much more physical and because we are in the physical dimension this makes the cultivation very tangible and solid.The physical spiraling of the body moves energy through the muscles, bones, sinews and blood. It also clears out the chakras and nadis.

But what it also does is wake up the body. It brings its consciousness into the body.Because this is a physical movement it becomes very easy because physical movement is easy in the third dimension.The body by aligning itself with the movement of spiraling, fractal flow and shape becomes aligned with the Soul.

It becomes the Soul.At the same time you are observing objectively with the mind.So the mind is observing the Soul integrating into the body which means that the mind, body and Soul are connected - and because you are observing objectively you are also in alignment with the Higher Self.

This is Earth connecting to Heaven in the ancient texts.

So the Soul which has collected a vast journey and memory and has created such distance, space and time between itself and its origin is able to connect with its true purpose.As long as the mind remains objective and observant the connection to its true purpose is held open and the immersion and reunification process can take place.The connection here is between the Soul and the Higher Self, the mind does not need to do anything except observe objectively – in fact when the mind tries to do something, to analyze or think, it severs the connection.

Thinking is too slow, the experience and the communication simply needs to be allowed to happen.The body on the other hand has a far greater depth than the intellectual mind.

As soon as the movement is initiated the body will continue the movement on its own. The fractal memory will in most cases move deeper than what the singular mind will perceive. In some cases it is only after several years that the mind can catch up to the depth that the body is able to access in an instant.As this process of integration between mind, body, soul and all aspects of the multi-dimensional self unfolds, consciousness will realize and remember it's truest and original purpose.

A Lightworker is a person who enjoys helping others; enjoys seeing people smile; enjoys seeing the light of realization on people's faces. Life is a pleasure. Being around others who enjoy life is a pleasure. The goal is to pave a way for another to experience happiness and excitement.

However, there is much more to a Lightworker than this. Read on. Find out what a Lightworker really is. Find out what it takes. Discover that a Lightworker is a Lightworker because there is excitement, pleasure, and learning to be gained from it.

You'll find Lightworkers in any profession. They lean more toward service professions, professions that have the potential of benefitting a wide segment of mankind, and professions that allow the Lightworker to be close to nature. At this time, few earn their livelihood as Lightworkers — the pay is the personal pleasure gained from helping others.

What Does a Lightworker Do?

A Lightworker helps people feel good; helps people find their way through confusing situations, through emotional upsets, and through conflicts of belief. It is a part-time, when the opportunity arises type of "job." A Lightworker helps out when it feels right to do so and when he/she feels that assistance is desired.

A Lightworker helps by:
1. Presenting a smile to a person that seems down.

2. Presenting alternative points of view and various avenues of approach to assist a person in working out a problem.

3. Encouraging people of good intention.

4. Helping people orient more toward the lighter side of life; the side where joy, understanding, peach, and spiritual bliss are to be found.

A Lightworker sometimes puts projects on hold in order to help others. A Lightworker usually puts more focus on the positive aspects of life situations and less on the negative.

A Lightworker integrates life experiences more with an eye toward how the experience can be useful in helping others than on how to profit personally. A Lightworker does all these things because it feels good to do it; because it feels right and because it brings with it a certain satisfaction. A Lightworker enjoys life.

Now, Lightworkers do not go around trying to find things to fix. They know intuitively that focusing on things that need fixing creates more things that need fixing. Lightworkers constantly provide examples of how things can be by how they live their lives. This is one of their most effective ways of helping.

Other than being personal examples of positive life options, Lightworkers generally help only when someone requests it. (A Lightworker might present the idea that help is available if desired, when it seems that such help would benefit the person.) Some Lightworkers find their path more with assisting groups, or forming and leading groups. However, regardless of the path, they will find opportunities to assist individuals from time to time.

The Lightworker's work, as seen from the Lightworker's point of view, is not work at all. Nor is it an obligation. It is a pleasure; and there is a deep and satisfying excitement associated with it. Lightworkers tend to be happiest when they are free to assist others in any manner they deem is effective. Therefore, attempts to codify or regulate how Lightworkers conduct themselves tend to be met with resistance.

Are You a Lightworker?

Some people find a special joy and experience a certain personal reward for helping people. That is a Lightworker. Some peoples' paths are similar and some are entirely different. Every person's validity, regardless of their path in life, is equal to every other person's. You may consider yourself a Lightworker if any of the following apply to you:

1. You desire to help another orient more toward light and less toward dark.

"Light" includes light-heartedness, absence of weight, energy in the visible spectrum, and simplicity or obviousness. It is any positive point of view."

Dark" includes seriousness, heaviness, lack of visibility, and complexity or confusion. It is any negative point of view.

2. You find yourself smiling with joy when you observe another's transformation from fog and confusion to clearness and realization.

3. You experience a deep inner urge to assist in the betterment of all humanity and its myriad valid social structures, faiths, and points of view.

4. Frequently people, even complete strangers, come to you and sincerely inform you of personal things concerning themselves, and then ask you opinion about certain aspects of their lives.

5. You gain personal satisfaction when helping others.

6. Sometimes you find yourself saying just the right thing at the right time, spontaneously, that proves to be of help to the person being addressed.

7. Others' happiness seems as important as your own.

8. You are a good listener.

THE NEW LIGHT-BODY

We live in a sacred time today, one in which the substance of physical matter is changing in ways that are yet to fully reveal themselves. Among these changes is the capacity of our bodies to hold more light and of the body itself to become a 'body of light'.

To create a 'body of light', what is needed is the capacity and willingness of mind, heart, and spirit to raise the vibration of the physical, emotional, and mental being so that it can adapt to and resonate with incoming energies of light. Being able to receive these incoming energies will enable those who seek to do so to stabilize their energy field at a higher level of vibration and at a higher level of consciousness.

In order that this occur with greatest ease, the physical vehicle for containing light must be in a purified state so that resonance with the higher energies can take place to the greatest degree. What this means will vary from person to person, but at the very least has to do with eliminating from the body all toxic substances that impair its natural functioning, all animal-based substances that would effectively lower the body's vibration, and all negative energies of an emotional nature that have the potential for creating blockages within the body to the smooth flow of light.

There have been many reasons given, over the years, as to why people have chosen to discontinue eating animal flesh and parts, but the one that corresponds to the creation of a light-body has to do with spiritual vibration and with the desire to enhance the body's means for holding and stabilizing the higher frequencies of light. This in no way minimizes the other reasons for not eating animal flesh, but it adds to these, the compelling conditions that are present at this point in time.

The stabilization of the body as a resonating field of light will enable consciousness to more firmly adapt itself to the new way of being in the world. It will make it more simple and effortless to find one's way through the changed nature of one's relationship to reality, and to more fully assimilate the new perceptions that accompany this change.

The simultaneous purification of the emotional, mental, and physical layers of our being, more than anything else, lays the foundation for the movement into the next level of evolutionary development, and allows the light to do its work of redeeming and purifying, as Divinity has ordained for the planet and for all of her inhabitants.

At some point in the future, the creation of a light-body will not even be something that needs to be discussed, since it will be deeply understood that body and consciousness are one, and that to maintain one's own spiritual and mental health as well as the world's spiritual and mental health, attunement of the entire being to the restorative and enhancing energies of spiritual light is essential. At that time, a language of light will become more familiar to humanity's collective consciousness, and what may seem like an effort and for some, a burden, today, will feel, at that time, like a gift and an opportunity.

As we begin to increase our light within, we also increase the light within our own planet. From here, true healings begins!

A Self-Healing Day

Human beings carry within themselves the seed of healing. Our choices affect us more than we realize, and it is because of this that we tend to place responsibility for our wellness in the hands of others. As beneficial as regular visits to a healer can be, we have the power to heal ourselves at will. When we dedicate a day to the pursuit of wellness, we can relax and renew ourselves in a nourishing and comfortable environment. A sincere desire to open ourselves to the highest realities of our physical and spiritual selves is the key to self-healing so that healing energy can flow into us unimpeded.

A self-healing day should address the vital needs of the self as a whole while directing healing energy where it is needed most. Solitude is an important part of the process as is the ability to take refuge in a space that is both beautiful and peaceful. Start your healing day by setting the intention that you are dedicating this time to healing yourself. Flowers, candlelight, incense, and music can guide our focus toward a more tranquil state. For a more intense session, try listening to music through headphones since tuning out can help you tune in. It is up to us to decide what we need to do to cultivate wellness in our lives. For some, it may be time spent in reflection. Others will turn to calming activities that help them remember their purpose, such as journal writing, being in nature, or studying. Our healing may even take a more direct form as we use color, sound, or crystals to balance and ground ourselves.

Ultimately, your wholesome intentions transform what might otherwise be a simple day of rest into a day of healing. Grant yourself permission to relax and savor the stillness. If you attune yourself to the calm around you, worldly distractions will be minimized and the unadulterated flow of your consciousness will reestablish itself in the forefront of your mind. The needs of the body, the heart, and the soul will then be revealed to you, empowering you to tap into the essential healing energy of the universe. The mechanism you use to channel this energy will be dependent on your shifting requirements, so each day of healing you enjoy will be unique. All will replenish you, however, allowing you to recreate yourself in a perfect image of health.

You may experience dizziness, lightheadedness, seemingly unprovoked anxiety and aggression, sudden melancholy, fits of exuberance followed by depression, the odd urge to drive your vehicle through obstacles like buildings, communication with disembodied entities and the deceased, uncontrollable impatience and intolerance, visions of undersea creatures and foliage, dreams of unheard of devastation, bloating, irritability, alternating nights of fitful and extremely heavy sleep, the strong urge to shuck off your clothes and run naked through the streets, a swelling panic, the feeling that you're choking, successive waves of suppressed or oddly vivid childhood memories, the distinct impression that this is all a dream, sensory overload and the subsequent need to shut down, and/or the sensation that you've walked in on a surprise party (but nobody's jumped out to yell "surprise!" yet). Be patient. Listen carefully. Be good to one another. All will be revealed to you in the fullness of time.

My beloved ones, this is a most critical time in your ascension process. A time when you are most vulnerable to outside influences and concepts. New information, new methods and theories are brought forth daily for you to contemplate, investigate and integrate. But what is true and what is not? How do you discern? Did we not tell you in our last message that you are to sort and glean through the multitude of concepts that are being brought forth and discern what is your truth? You and you alone can decide what is right for you and what path of awareness you are to follow for you are a unique and vital creation of the Divine Mind.

There are many smaller dramas being played out in the greater drama of transformation and evolution, and you cannot totally comprehend or envision what is occurring in this beautiful dance of ascension back into the realms of enlightened reality. It is just one more step on the path back home. What may seem to many of you as negative or punishment is in reality a necessary step toward jolting you out of your complacency or out of your old patterns of thinking.

Many beautiful and brave servants of the Light have accepted the task of being the catalysts for mind and heart-shaking events so that you will be shocked into your higher awareness. So that you will begin to think for yourselves. At a divine level, they accepted the opportunity to do the Creator's work, no matter what the cost or condemnation. We honor these magnificent and wondrous beings for their task is not an easy one.

Because you are in a very critical phase of your illumination process, a time when you are most vulnerable and your trials and tests are not as dramatic as in the past, quite often, you are confused and do not know what the next step is or what the next truth is that you are to incorporate into your ever changing reality.

Many of you are falling back into the old patterns of allowing others to do your thinking, to lead the way without question, without validating what is your truth by going inward and connecting to that infallible source, your own Divine Presence. You are still seeking outside yourself, turning to those you think are more powerful or more knowledgeable than you, hoping they will lead the way so you will not have to step to the fore, into the line of fire or into untested territory. We tell you, beloved ones, this will not work. You, as a Light Warrior, must lighten your own path, draw on your own precious wisdom, paid for and won through many long ages of experience, trial and suffering.

A great variety of beautiful, loving and dedicated messengers and teachers have been thrust out into the arena of public service in order to give you access to the multitude of new information that is pouring forth since the ring-pass-not or the quarantine was lifted from the Earth. But with the plethora of information, much of which is in harmony with the concepts and teachings of the Hierarchy and Beings of Light, there is still information that is brought forth in thought forms that are filtered through the belief systems and reality of the messenger. Information that is conflicting and confusing, some partially true, much shaded truth and even some distorted fallacies picked up from the myths of mass consciousness.

This is a testing ground you see, you are learning to use gifts and abilities that have lain dormant for centuries beyond centuries. You are not judged by your score or level of authenticity as you move into the realms of illumined truth, only by your intent. Each person who channels or brings forth information will find a following for that level of knowledge-- those who will learn from it, much of which has not been available to you before. Insights, tools and methods you will need to traverse the ladder of ascension. Sometimes they will bring forth the innocence of Spirit, a gentle loving nature that resonates with unconditional love to be a shining example of a true master. And others may be teaching the lessons of discernment, quite possibly through painful experience, so that you will come to realize you can no longer give your truth or power away to another.

You must take the information offered and validate it in your own heart center, thereby attuning more and more with your own divine intuition. You may not have all the knowledge, and it is not necessary for that is the role of these messengers of the higher realms--to give you a wide variety of viewpoints, a panorama of information gleaned from the Universal Mind or from their own memory banks of ancient experience so that you can choose what resonates most closely to your lineage, your heritage and your destiny. But you must find your own spiritual truth via conscious awareness, mental discernment and intuitive attunement with your Higher Self.

Most people, when given an opportunity to aid someone in need, are eager to do whatever they can to be of service. Those of us who have chosen to make healing the world a vocation are grateful for any occasion to send light and love to people in our immediate spheres of influence and beyond. As we apply our passion and our principles to this altruistic endeavor, we often forget to send ourselves the same bountiful gifts of wellness, though we ourselves may be in dire need of it. We overlook ourselves, not because we forget, but because we fear that focusing on the self is an indicator of selfishness. It is moreover much more difficult to heal oneself than to heal others because the seeds of uncertainty are more easily banished when we act on another's behalf. When we send healing light to ourselves, it is important that our intentions and our self-trust be stronger than ever to counteract doubt.

As we bless ourselves in this way, we serve as both an active channel and a passive destination. This should not change the way we interact with the valuable energy we wish to receive, however. Though we may be tempted to consciously direct or influence the manner in which light impacts our lives because we know ourselves most intimately, we should not try to control its path. When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. Surrounded inside and out with healing light, we feel safe and protected, healthy, relaxed, and content just as those who regularly receive such loving gifts from us do.

If you sincerely believe that there is a part of yourself that exists independently of upset and illness, the love and light you send yourself will help you connect with it. You will see the affirmative impact of this connection almost immediately when you include yourself in the recipients of your healing gifts, as life's frustrations become more tolerable and your bliss becomes ever more palpable.

An aura is the energy field around all each matter that takes space (excluding air itself), whether that is a person, plant, animal, or an object. Each color represents a different aspect of that matter. Reading auras can be useful in determining whether you should confront a person at a certain time; what you can do to improve your present condition; tune you in to illnesses and conditions around you, and many other benefits. Every time you come into contact with someone, your aura reacts to theirs. If your aura's frequency is close to theirs, you will feel close to them quickly and drawn to them. If not, you may feel an instant dislike towards them.

Everything has an aura. We have been "trained" not to see them, but with a little practice many people can successfully see and read them. Below I've listed what the different colors of auras mean, but first you should learn how to read them. When you begin, you may have a hard time seeing the colors. A lot of times, beginners will see pale colors such as white, yellow, and light blue. As time passes, and with practice, you will see that the colors seem to become brighter to you and easier to read. A little bit of patience can go a long way.

How to Read the Aura

First of all, find a place where you won't be around any harsh light; soft light is best to read auras. You will also need a piece of white paper large enough to place your whole hand on. Place your hand on the cardboard and relax your eyes. Don't stare at your hand, rather look at the areas around the fingertips and fingers.

After a while, if you are relaxed enough, you will begin to see a soft haze around your hand. If you look at it long enough, you will start to see colors. Beginners can usually make out only one color, but as you get better you will be able to see more at one time.

Don't be discouraged if you don't see anything the first few times. It takes practice to become good at reading auras, and after a while you will realize that it's not really as hard as you might have first thought. You may also wish to take nonliving objects, like rocks and such, and try to see their auras as well. This can be very good practice for you.

Colors of Auras

Red- The color of strength, strong passion, and will. Dark red may symbolize one who has a quick temper and is nervous or impulsive. All red relates to nervous tendencies.

Orange - Color of warmth, thoughtfulness, and creativity. The muddier shades may represent pride or vanity, while golden orange denotes self-control. A person with orange in their aura may suffer from kidney ailments.

Yellow - Mental activity, optimism. It can mean new learning opportunities and wisdom. A golden yellow means that the person takes care of himself or herself. Ruddy yellow may mean that its owner is shy.

Green - Green is the color of sympathy and calm. A person who has green in his or her aura may be very good at the healing arts and is very reliable. Dark shades of green can indicate one who is jealous or uncertain.

Blue - The color of quiet and calm. Any blue in the aura is good to have, but deep blue is the best. One with deep blue in his or her aura shows a person who has found his or her work in life. Many are spiritual minded as well. Blue may sometimes represent a tendency to be moody and depressed.

Indigo and Violet - The colors of one who is seeking something in life. They represent an ability to handle affairs with worldliness and practicality. Dark shades may show that the person has obstacles to overcome and is feeling misunderstood.

Black - The color of protection. May reflect a person who is hiding something. It may possibly indicate imbalances as well.

Other colors that may be

seen within the aura

Pink - This is the color of love. It represents compassion, and possibly a love of art and beauty. Darker or muddier shades of pink may point to an individual who is immature.

White - Many times this is one of the first colors you will see in an aura. However, when it is a true and strong color of the aura, it reflects purity and truth.

Brown - This could reflect a person who is very "earthy"; the person is establishing new roots; or centered with themselves or surroundings. However, if seen in the chakras, it may mean that a person's energy is in some way being blocked.

Silver Lights or Twinkles- Seeing these in a person's aura may mean that they are pregnant, or have been or may soon be. However, this is not always so. Seeing this may indicate a person who is allowing great creativity in their life.

Black Spots - The presence of black spots in the aura may indicate that it is unbalanced in some areas. This may mean that the person has some negative habits that he or she should work on. Meditation helps reduce these spots, as does things like exercise and sunlight.

Q. What is the aura?

A. An aura is the physical manifestation of the electric field surrounding all matter; be it person, animal, plant or object. For example, when we see pictures of Jesus Christ we see a light around him. This is an aura.

Q. How far does the aura extend from the body?

A.This varies depending upon the person's development. In most people, our auras extends about eight feet from the body.

Q. How can an aura become weakened?

A. There are several factors: poor diet, alcohol and drugs, stress, and lack of rest can all weaken it. Any negative habits a person might have can serve to weaken the aura.

Q. Will my aura interact with other's aura?

A. Absolutely, yes. When you come in contact with another person(s), you exchange energy with them. Example: the sense of feeling drained whenever you were around a particular person? Sometimes people will take your energy without knowing it.

Q. Is there more than one layer to the aura?

A. There are several layers to the aura. When you first start off, you may only be able to see the one closest to your skin, but as time goes on and you continue to practice, you will notice other bands of light as well.

Q. In order to tell what color my aura is, do I have to actually physically see it?

A. It is not always necessary to see your aura physically. Some people instinctively know the color of their aura and some get the mental picture in their head.

How To Increase Your Aura

Q. What can I do to strengthen my aura?

A. A proper diet, fresh air, exercise, and sunlight can all be helpful factors. Meditation is a great way to strengthen your aura, as can certain music, such as new age and classical music. Keeping a crystal near you is helpful as well.

Spiritual Awakening Symptoms & Advice

INTRODUCTION

For the past several years, many of my friends, students, and clients have described experiencing a multitude of changes, strange feelings and physical sensations. I myself have been passing through an unusual period of my life that, in many ways, matches that of my friends. At first, I labeled what was happening to me as a mid-life crisis and/or menopause. But I began to observe similar conditions among men and all age groups. At that point I began to compare notes with others and do some research into this subject.

What follows is a compilation of my findings. Many of these may seem bizarre to some readers, but I can assure you that these conditions exist among healthy, mentally and emotionally sound adults from around the world. One note of caution: I am not recommending that anyone ignore major physical or emotional conditions requiring professional attention. So please do not overlook any serious medical condition . But if this list is in anyway helpful to those of you who are confused and worried about some of these symptoms, so be it.

The advice given for many of the symptoms is also gathered from various sources (books on traditional spiritual practices as well as channeled information) and may not reflect my own personal experience. As with anything, use discernment: if it's useful, fine; if not, ignore it. One excellent book to read is What Is Lightbody? Archangel Ariel channeled by Tashira Tachi-ren. Or Jack Kornfield's A Path with Heart.

We all experience our spiritual development in our own unique way. For some of us the changes occur slowly; for others a series of events can trigger sudden growth. We do not all share the same symptoms or changes. And certainly we hold our individual spiritual beliefs. We are as different as snowflakes, yet we share a common essence and general shape. Some of this information may resonate for you. Other concepts may not be comfortable for you. Each of us must examine new information and discern for ourselves what is truth and what does not serve us. So I ask you to do this for yourself as you read this list. You are responsible for your own interpretation.

SYMPTOMS & ADVICE

1 Changing sleep patterns:

restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides

Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

2 Activity at the crown of the head:

Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in &035;1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps.

Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.

3 Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra.

Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.

4 Old "stuff" seems to be coming up,

as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear.

Advice: Same as &035;3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body

5 Changes in weight.

The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies.

Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise, and before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.

6 Changes in eating habits:

Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier.

Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in &035;5.

7 Food intolerances,

allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)

I speak to you from a powerful meeting place on the planet, Shamballa. I speak to you with my council to share some information with you about the ascension of the Earth, the progress that is being made, and where we could use the focus and attention. We rely on you so much to assist with the ascension of the Earth.

Little do you know how important your Light and energy is to this whole planet. We have positioned you, every one of you, not just the Lightworkers here but also all of you, in strategic locations. From Shamballa, as well as from other places, we can actually see where you are and we know everyone of you. We know what you are doing, we know the progress that you are making, we know when you slide back a little, and we know when you get a little lazy. We also know how much your hearts have opened, particularly in the last 20 years in your earthly time. We know how much you want the planet to survive in the deepest sense of it because you know that the planet has been in severe jeopardy.

At least the rest of your planet is beginning to understand that it is not just a cushy ride and that you can keep going the way you have been going and have the Earth survive.

Yes, as Masters we love to Lighten things up. We love to give love but we also need to impart the importance of this information about this process. You think you are doing a good job, which you are. But most of the beings on the Earth are just waking up to the global importance of what is occurring. So they are just beginning to see that the Earth is this vital living organism. They are starting to see how they have impacted this beautiful planet. My job is not just to oversee the Earth as she makes her ascension but also Venus. It is a big job. I have lots of help but it is a big job.

You see, beloveds, it is not just your Earth that is ascending, it is your solar system, your galaxy, and all of creation that is going through its ascension. Since the Earth is a primary focal point what happens here affects all at large. So you have been participating in something that is beyond your global reach, far beyond your global consciousness. You may think you are miniscule in this process but you are not because every thought affects your Light, every negative thought, every polarity affects your Light. We need you to keep not dimming your Lights, not hiding your Lights, but revealing your Lights in every way that you can. We are doing everything that we can to help you become more conscious of the power of your thoughts.

You are reaching more of the global consciousness because you are that power. Every time that you believe more and more of your potential ability to bring forth the greater manifestations, to hold your consciousness in the Light, to hold your consciousness in love, to keep your hearts open, to find a place of oneness and peace within amidst all of this change, you are doing your work.

As you open your hearts to those around you who don't understand what is going on, you will see that there are many who still don't understand and are asleep, as you know. Some of you are living with them or working with them. They are going to need you. We need you. We need your Light. That is why you are here. You wanted to bring your Light. So we are asking you at this point to amplify everything that you can do to heal. We are asking you as you go back in the past and think about things that have hurt you, the people who have hurt you, your childhoods, current hurts, all of these things and to let them go. When you focus on them over and over again what do you think happens? Does it stay and remain grueling or are you able to move through these old impressions, these old things that have been painful to you? Are you able to let them go? We are asking you to. We are asking you to let go of the fears and separations. We are asking you to see who you are as these BRIGHT, POWERFUL representations of the Light Realms, as walking living Masters on the Earth. We are asking you to remember this, to stop seeing yourself as small.

How are you doing in the ascension process? We have been giving you some pointers. I have asked you to focus. We in the Light Realms are giving you to uplift yourself to find joy and bliss in every day. Find the goodness even if it is just for the gift of life but there is so much more. The gift that you are to the Light Realms and to this Earth is beyond anything that you could comprehend about yourself because you would start diminishing what I am telling you. You have been told that were nothing for so long and I am telling you that this isn't true. The fact is that you are all something, something very big as a part of this grand scheme. And because of who you are you greatly desire to be here to participate at this time.

We applaud you. What it's going to take now for you, of course, as things become seemingly even more dense as you swim through this density, beloveds? Think of your self as a dolphin. We love the dolphin energy so much. Think of yourself as a dolphin swimming through humanity, through this density, through the fears, through whatever it is that is occurring. Your media is throwing out at you every fearful thing they can to hold back the Light, everything that they can to make you feel small. We ask you to just be the dolphins, to rise above, to swim above it. We need you to continue to maintain that higher consciousness, beloveds.

Every one of you should know by now that you are here to do very important work. If there is anyone in this room that thinks they are not here to do very important work then see me afterwards. We will talk. We will talk in meditation and we will talk in your dreams. We will get you up to speed because what I am telling you is the truth.

Do you know that in our council meetings in Shamballa that we pray for each other and for you? We pray and you do what you do. Our thoughts are more direct. They are more like what you call multi-dimensional. We pray for the whole array of Lightworkers. We have been doing this a lot lately because from our perspective we see that you are getting discouraged and caught up in certain things.

Right now at this point in the ascension process you should be becoming increasingly grateful and appreciative for your incarnation, for your connection with the Light, as well as, for this ascension process in which you are participating.

I am telling you all that life is looking favorably upon you. In your earthly views it won't be long before you have your ascension, before you have what you came here to do. We are so grateful.

You have done this before. The more that you can anchor in joy and bliss in your hearts it will serve you. You can experience a beautiful flower or appreciate a beautiful evening such as this one today in this lovely home. You can appreciate tasting this beautiful food, feeding the body healthfully, feeding the mind with beautiful thoughts and by being excited with all of the openings, the connections, inner connections and reconnections, with the members of the Light Realms. Whatever it is it is important to be grateful.

As we sit in Shamballa in our council meetings and as we pore over our notes, we look at the plans, the revisions. We look at who is waking up and who needs to wake up. We see where we need more energy, more Light, and where we need more love, as we look at what is happening on Earth. We work in tandem as Masters with the whole of creation. We work with extraterrestrials because they have the technology and equipment that assists the Earth to remain as steady as possible under the circumstances.

We are working on all levels to hold you steady and for you to hold yourselves steady, to help the Earth hold steady, to help all of creation in this situation. This Earth is a pivotal point for ascension for all of creation. So that is why I say that we take this ascension process very seriously. You should too. Take your path of Light, amplify it and make it ever more important. Don't waste your time.

Call for the transformation of your physical well being if you have health challenges. Call forth your well-being. You can have a perfectly radiant body if you allow yourself to go there in your thoughts. Let go of every thought that would limit you from having this no matter what your media would say, no matter what your physician would say, no matter what your books tell you. The Light is getting brighter and brighter. Your cellular structure is changing. You are taking in more and more Light so you are going to crowd out whatever doesn't fit. That doesn't mean that you don't have to co-operate mentally as well as physically, spiritually and emotionally. It doesn't mean that you don't have to co-facilitate this healing. Beloveds, in other incarnations and other places you have absolutely lived in the power of the Light and you will again. The more that you recognize this and realize this, beloveds; you don't need to let limitations get you down. You don't need to believe them.

Do you think that I sound like some of your evangelical preachers? You have probably had enough of that when you were children. But you are my family and I respond to you. I know and love every one of you. I want you to be empowered and to feel satisfied with who you are, where you are going and where the Earth is going. I want you to know that we need you to keep it up, to keep up the Light. Keep doing the right thing, letting go of everything that makes you feel less than or small.

In Deep Meditation: We are now going into the energies of Shamballa—breathing them in- the Kumaras, Hathors and the ascending Earth. Breathe in all of these energies into your hearts. Focus on the ascension energy . . .. Humanity will be having all of their needs met, health and well-being, joy. You will be talking to the animals and the animals will be talking to you. You will be talking to the flowers and the flowers will be talking to you. And the vegetables and birds will have things to say, and the babies and the trees and the

herbs . . . the Masters like myself. Of course, St. Germain, and the Archangels and the great Ancient Ones will walk the Earth again. The great beings will be walking the Earth again. The Earth will become a beautiful vacation spot. The Earth will be become peaceful and only those who are like this will be here. You will have exactly what you want including the splendor of the beauty. Your hearts will lead you in every choice that you make, every step that you take. It is going to be beautiful. You will not have burdens, beloveds. Burdens only come when you believe in limitation and duality. You will be free. Breathe in the truth. You will be telepathic and you will know each other's thoughts. You won't have to spend a minute trying to figure somebody out. You will know exactly what is the truth. We are opening that Golden Light and I will let you come to Shamballa. We have been anchoring the energy of ascension here too for a very long time. We are working very hard like those in Telos, as well as the inner earth beings and all of creation, because as above so below. So breathe in this joy of reunion. As you go through this ascension process hold the energy. Swim like the dolphins and rise above the earthly sphere of things that would make you feel other than like this. You will be able to come and go to other planetary systems. Other planetary systems will be coming and going here. Your souls and bodies will heal. Breathe in the Light.

As the planetary logos I (Sanat Kumara) will be happy because as you become this energy of ascension, it will make my job, which has at times seemed impossible, easier. It is important because this energy is so beautiful. That is why we are all here. We love you and we love the Earth. You will be able to come and go. You won't be in the third dimensional energy. You won't need your coinage any more. You won't have to buy things or worry about paying bills. There won't be any more garbage. It will put the garbage trucks out of business. No more blowers and noise pollution. So what do you think? Don't you think that your lives are worthwhile? It's so important to stay on track. I hope that you can keep this in your hearts tonight based on these energies that we have shared with you. You are special to us.

We congratulate you on 20 years of good work. It has been worthwhile and we could not have done it without you. At this point energy was sent to Peru, to the miners, to the wars, to the White House, and other places where Light is needed.

Beloveds, I have enjoyed being with you this evening. Thank you for your Light and for allowing me to share with you the importance of your Light work. Thank you for participating and for listening, for your beautiful prayers and consciousness. I will say good-bye for now.

Integrating the feminine as we prepare for what is ahead

Integrating the feminine is strongly upon us now, as we prepare for what is ahead. More about this and how it is affecting us can be found further along in this posting, but first, how did we get to this space in the first place?

As of this writing, we are nearing the lunar eclipse of Tuesday, August 28th. We have been given approximately 3 months to let go, let go, and let go of any old ideas, dreams, ego stances and perceptions about things, and who we thought we were. March of 2007 brought in some incredible and fast moving energy, we were able to manifest quickly and easily, which led us up to the summer solstice. With the advent of the solstice, we then began a process of going deep, purging and releasing, and really getting clear about what was truly important to us.

These are common and on-going phases of ascension, or our spiritual evolutionary process. And they will continue on in a predominant way for four or five more years (or into 2012). But of course, there is always room for change and a different time-line! When new energies arrive, we feel their impact immediately and at times dramatically, but then we are given the opportunity to integrate. This can take awhile, as this spiritual process see-saws over time, until each integration is compete. This is why it can seem that things are getting worse, when actually, they are really getting better. The residue of any darker and denser energies gets moved out over and over, until eventually there is very little density. The book The Ascension Primer explains this process and how it affects us in much more detail.

The lunar eclipse will be more of the same, but it will arrive as a wonderful support that will finalize this process for us. It will support the energy of “into the shadows and staying still.”

This was a LONG process. And during it all, we were being held back from moving forward. We were being held back in order to be protected from the darker and denser energies that were running rampant “out there.” We were under no uncertain circumstances allowed to be a part of them….only to observe until it was time for us to provide our needed service to humanity.

So in what forms have all these energies manifested for us and what stage are we currently experiencing?

When we are being held back, we can feel like we do not want to go anywhere, talk on the phone, be a part of any activities we are usually a part of, and basically just want to stay home. Not even put a toe out. This is because of our deep connection to Source and to our mission as lightworkers. We are all part of the same programming and of the same energy Source, and it knows exactly what it is doing.

Our energy then is about “staying in.” It is pulled back, it is withheld. And the outer energies are about the same. They are not currently moving ahead then, either.

So, while you have been held back, have you identified what you really and truly desire? Do you want to retire? Do you want to assist? Do you want to smell the roses? Do you think you have to do things? Is this where your motivation comes from? Or does it come from inspiration and joy? What is the most important thing to you? What really and truly matters and brings you the most peace?

So now, in comes the feminine energy. This is where we are now. We are really in the thick of it. And it is divinely different than what we have known on this planet in our current lifetimes.

In what forms is it manifesting itself? You may not want to do anything. The feminine is not about doing. It is about being. If we try and make anything happen right now, it can feel like navigating through quicksand. But there is a dual reason for the energy of exhaustion we may feel right now when we try and make something happen.

When the energies are “out,” as they currently are, we are not nearly as connected to Source. The higher we vibrate and evolve, the more we exist in a reality that is very connected to Source. But during the ascension process, the energies have periods of moving in and out. They are out when they are building….much like a tidal wave. And while they are out, we are always re-aligning and re-defining.

In the higher realms, Source is the creator, so then, we create easily and effortlessly. Things just seem to fall into our laps, our every thought seems to manifest immediately, and all is effortless with no struggle. This comes from a strong connection to Source without many blockages of density. This is when the energies are “in,” and they are “in” now for the majority of the time, as we have made much progress.

Because the energies are waning now, or “out,” this is creating a more distant connection to Source. We would then have to create from our own ego minds, or from our own individual selves. This is not the way of the higher realms, and this is why we become exhausted from trying, or why we may even simply have no desire to do a thing. We cannot do it all ourselves. It is not possible. We need the energy of Source as our partner, as well as our physical soul partners and teams.

So there is a dual situation occurring here during this phase. We are being held back and we are also integrating the feminine. In this way, we are truly being supported at each and every level. We are being protected and we are being prepared.

Other manifestations of integrating the feminine? We may have had the flu recently. Our cells are transmuting at deep levels, and this can cause exhaustion, muscle pain and pressure, a lot of neck discomfort, dizziness and weakness, and nausea. But the main physical manifestation of a deep integration of the higher feminine energies is abdominal pain and distress. Cramping, unusual menses, and just plain pain! Our bodies can really hurt from the ascension process. We may try to get on board with a regular physical exercise regime, and find that at times when an integration process occurs, we have to then suspend our exercise program. We simply do not have the energy reserves to keep on track with it. Ahhhhhhh….this ascension process! Up and down, up and down.

The feminine is also about basking and allowing. During this time, it can greatly help to simply do nothing. Rest. Be. Give yourself permission to take a break. What if you have a regular 3D job? You can turn off your home answer machine, do not answer your phone, stay off the internet, do not watch TV, and simply remove yourself from the outside world once you get home, or once you end your 3D job for the day. This can work wonders and really get one connected to the current energies that are manifesting for us. Unplug from the other world as much as you can during this time of being held back.

You can then do something creative, or simply do nothing. For the past two weeks (my husband is away fighting a wildfire…his last season), I have found the greatest way to be in alignment with the current energies is simply by lying still. No reading, creating, or even moving. Just lying there in the quiet. It feels awesome.

These higher vibrating feminine energies are affecting much. The west will be affected the most, as it has possessed much of the old masculine energies of power and aggressiveness. These old masculine energies are being broken down now in a very severe way. Within and without. As always, we are evolving within and without. And this is what is creating the great fall for much of our planet.

The solar eclipse of September 11th brings in a different scenario. It marks the true end of this period of going deep and letting go, but not of the fall. Everything basically stops and resets itself, as the sun again reveals itself to move forward with our new and more highly vibrating selves. And add that to the equinox of the 23rd, which always brings in the new, and we have much in the way of energetic supports from the cosmos, as we are all one indeed, using all of our energies to support the ascension process.

As of September, our new plans will begin to manifest once again. After having thrown out much of the old, in regard to cleaning out closets (literally!), re-aligning our purposes and desires with the new higher vibrating reality, or even really and truly fine tuning our soul purpose at this particular point in time, and especially throwing out the parts of ourselves that no longer fit with what is to come, we will then be ready to move forward into the new.

We will then be more fully entrenched within the new reality that we have created for ourselves. Our own special sanctuaries that reside as a reality within a reality will be secure and safe, as will we. The outside or old world will continue to fall, as we will watch and assist at times, but our own special worlds will be dramatically different than what the news is revealing to us. We will not be a part of the fall. We will be in an entirely different world.

Those that are still evolving at different levels may choose to hold onto and try to save the old, but it cannot be so. In time, those that wish to let go will do so, and there will be those who will welcome them with open arms into the world of the new, as they are shown a new way of being and living.

A separation that is more severe than ever before will envelope us now, but it is only a separation that results from a willingness on the part of those who choose another way or reality. Surrender is truly the key. This sounds like religious dogma, doesn’t it? But basically, it is all about letting go of as much of our ego selves as possible, and allowing as much Source as possible to embody itself within us. I suppose, we are all always saying the same thing. Separation only comes from a difference in vibrational levels, and at times from a difference in soul purpose.

As more natural disasters occur, and more begins to fall, unity will be the result, and this will also create more of a willingness within the masses to embrace something new and different. These natural disasters will support the unity of each area, as each area will vibrate differently according to its own special purpose. “Local” will be the new phrase. I talk a lot about this in Staying In Alignment, as utilizing as much local as possible places us in alignment with our own areas of residency and higher vibrating purpose…..so although we will begin to greatly separate as a planet, we will also begin to fine tune our “local,” and then eventually combine all the special energies of each and every “local” purpose in regard to the whole. Much of anything and everything that is in between these higher and specific vibrations will cease to exist.

Integrating the feminine now, will enable us to embody more compassion in times to come regarding the fall. The way to survive in a falling world, during brief visits, is to be in a state of love, understanding, and compassion. I believe this to be a tall order on a continuous basis, as there are not many who could achieve this feat in a continuous way, but by staying in our sacred spaces of high reality, and going “back” only sporadically, we can then maintain these states much easier if for a limited time. It can be difficult to maintain states of continual love and compassion when one is residing in the energy of the fall, as it can feel as though we are being beat on, attacked, dumped on, or even in the energy fields of great distress. And in addition, these lower vibrating energies are no longer a match to what we are now vibrating, and can feel downright unbearable and old!

There will be more on this in future energy alerts, as assisting will require a need to stay in our center, without reaching out. It may sound strange, but staying in our center, or in alignment, allows those who are willing, to come to us, or at least be open to us. We need not deliberately go out and try to help, unless we are being called, and we will be. Deliberately trying is the old masculine energy, and this is what we are fine tuning now. Staying still, allowing, being present, and not “reaching” is vitally important. This creates the perfect alignment that will be needed in times to come.

We can now practice being “still.” We can be in our center and in alignment. And when the forward moving energies again resume, we will once again be in perfect position with our new creations of heaven on Earth.

The Power of Loving-Kindness

"There is a saying in the Buddhist tradition: 'You can explore the universe looking for somebody who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and you will not find that person anywhere.'" The power of love or loving-kindness has been denigrated in our culture. There's a sense that a loving person is abused, allows tyranny to reign without protest, and isn't strong. It's almost a sense that love is a weakness. Sometimes there is the idea that the loving heart makes people kind of smirky and sentimental — that because of love, they can't look at suffering clearly or at difficult things within themselves or in the world. I think we have to do a radical re-visioning and come to understand the power of the loving heart. Not only is it innate, but it cannot be destroyed, no matter what our life experience has been, no matter how many scars we bear, how much suffering we have gone through, or how unloved we have felt. We have the capacity to love and to receive love in return.

Living in fear is like being frozen. It's said that the Buddha taught love — particularly metta, loving-kindness — as the antidote to fear. There is a beautiful line in a poem by Mary Oliver: "When the thumb of fear lifts, we are so alive." We're oppressed by our fears, our judgments, our guilt — guilt being considered in the Buddhist psychology a quality of self-hatred — and when that oppression lifts, we are so alive. That's the force of love. Sometimes, if we're fortunate, we experience this love with another person. We might have one being in our life who is a model of unconditional love, so that we don't fear rejection if we're truly honest with this person or if we don't present ourselves in a certain way. We have enormous respect for this person, who means safety and maybe clarity — not mushiness or a phony veneer or an inability to look at difficult and painful things. This person may perceive the difficulty and pain in us, but there is the feeling that he or she views them alongside us, rather than from across some enormous gulf of separation. That is really the essence of a loving heart — the understanding of our nonseparateness.

There is a saying in the Buddhist tradition: "You can explore the universe looking for somebody who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and you will not find that person anywhere." We ourselves are as deserving of our love and affection as anyone else. A spiritual practice based on self-hatred can never sustain itself. We have to begin with loving ourselves, being able to embrace all parts of ourselves as well as all parts of the world, in order to understand our capacity to love. The Buddha said, "If you truly loved yourself, you would never harm another." Harming another is like harming ourselves. Buddhist psychology distinguishes between the force of guilt and the force of remorse — remorse being a full consciousness and sensitivity that we've hurt somebody. Feeling that pain, we let go and then have the energy to move on. Guilt is something else entirely — a continual rehashing of some event, mental flagellation, with tremendous self-hatred. It leaves us strained and exhausted, without the energy to go on and be different.

If self-judgment, criticism, and self-hatred were liberating, we would all have been freed long ago. I don't have anything against those mind states personally — except that they simply don't work. Don't get me wrong; I don't have a philosophical stance that we have to love ourselves, but the fact is, love works and hatred doesn't. Self-hatred may not arise from anything in particular — it may just be a sense of personal humiliation about the fact that we grow older, get sick or disabled, feel that we failed, get angry, or get jealous. We can easily hate, judge, and condemn, but unfortunately, it doesn't end the problems — in some strange way, it intensifies them. The Buddha said, "Develop a mind so filled with love, it resembles space." We use the words mind and heart synonymously; the meaning is to develop a heart so filled with love that it resembles space, which can't be marred, can't be ruined — just as if someone were standing in a room throwing paint around in the air. There's nowhere in space for the paint to land. We can develop a mind or heart so filled with love that it's like space —boundless, open, vast, free. Any amount of paint, any irritant, any inner or outer trouble, won't land.

Recently I was in Israel teaching a forgiveness meditation. During the session, someone said he had survived a terrorist attack — he still had some bullets in his body and was in constant pain. He said he didn't think it was possible to forgive, but he did know it was essential to learn to stop hating. It's clear that if we don't stop hating, nobody will. It has to start with us because not only are we ourselves suffering horribly from the limitation and burning of all that anger, but the world is never going to change unless one person somewhere starts to stop hating.

We develop a loving heart by some form of meditation practice, a process distinct from reading about something or admiring it in a distant way. By meditating for even five minutes a day on a pragmatic level, so that it's not theoretical or even devotional, we can see for ourselves, "What happens when I say this phrase or do this reflection on everybody wanting to be happy? What happens when I sit down for five minutes and wish myself love and safety and peace? What happens when I think of this person I care about so much and am grateful to, or when I think of somebody I really don't like and reflect on the fact that he or she also wants to be happy?" It's an experiment. Sometimes people feel odd — when they undertake a practice of a loving heart — they think it's artificial and it seems mechanical, but in fact, it's not. I often use the example of planting seeds through harnessing the force of our intention, like planting our garden of love. It will definitely blossom, but we have to take those first steps, to risk or be willing to explore what kind of development can occur in the loving heart.

One technique I like is developing metta toward a neutral person. It's interesting because sometimes we have difficulty finding a neutral person. As soon as we think of someone, we have an instant judgment about liking or disliking this person. That's an important revelation. It lets us see that we have an enormous number of neutral people in our lives on whom we've imposed judgments. This can come as a shock to us. It's interesting to consider someone about whom we have no story — just a generic living being, wanting to be happy, like all of us — and offering the same care and cherishing we've just offered ourselves and perhaps someone we love deeply. A sense of separation falls away. Some people, in intensive metta during a retreat, contemplate a neutral person and actually have the feelings of falling in love! Not romantically, but in terms of a loving friendship. One of the tremendous understandings of spiritual practice is the power of the mind. Although we all live in the same world, our individual reality is a function not only of external events but of how they're held in our hearts — the degree of space in our hearts, the vastness or constriction, the contraction or openness of the mind receiving the external events. The spiritual perspective is not that we're sitting in traffic and are really angry and are trying to pretend we're not. Instead, it's an openness to what we're actually feeling; to understanding suffering; to having a great deal of love, kindness, and compassion for ourselves — not being stuck in that first reaction of anger. It's having options, choices — which is what an open heart means, as opposed to a narrow one — and realizing we can look at matters a different way.

In Lovingkindness, I tell a story about my friend Sylvia Boorstein being on a plane that developed a problem with its hydraulic system. It had to return to the airport, and every five minutes the pilot would announce the countdown over the PA system, "Thirty-five minutes left to land ... thirty minutes left to land." The whole time, Sylvia was consciously doing a loving-kindness practice for the people in her immediate family, enveloping them with care and concern and acknowledging her connection to all of them. When the pilot got on the PA system and said, "We have five minutes before we land," Sylvia realized that in five minutes she might be dead. She resumed her loving-kindness practice and found there was no way in the world she could limit herself to opening her heart to just her immediate family. The only thing she could do at that moment, when she might have only five minutes to live, was to open her heart to all beings everywhere. This was without any contrivance or force or pretentiousness and is not a fabricated decision like "Now I am a very spiritual person and therefore I will love all beings"; nor does it mean that if we're really seething with rage or filled with fear, we're somehow going to overlay a nice little veneer and pretend and be smiling all the time. It's not that at all. Metta is the moment Sylvia had when the sense of "us and them" crumbled. it was born of the understanding that she might soon be dead — so why bother upholding all those boundaries and barriers? Part 1: EFT and the Law of Attraction

If you want to attract more success and abundance into any area of your life, you need to change your vibration first. That's the simple and only rule you need to follow. Your vibration must be lined up with (or "match") your desires (money, a relationship, a stronger body) in order for emotional and physical results to follow and show up in your physical life. What is your vibration? Your vibration represents your current emotion, the essence of how you are "humming", or the "level" of your mood and feeling about any topic.

The fastest and easiest way I have found to help you improve your vibration is using EFT. No matter where you are emotionally, using EFT can change how you feel about any subject. Changing your feeling from despair to hopefulness or from resentment to peace would do wonders for improving your vibration. When your vibration is "higher" or lighter or more appreciative, you are naturally more tuned in to the desires you want in your life. And while anger, hurt, resentment or bitterness are all legitimate feelings, when experiencing these emotions repeatedly, you are vibrating in a place that will NOT attract what you want into your life. While I like to wallow every once in a while, dwelling on negative feelings does not empower you and of course, does nothing to resolve any situation. Enter EFT…

EFT and Law of Attraction:

Many of you have already read my article series on EFT and Law of Attraction: A Perfect Match. I have no doubt that these two processes are the best combination of tools available for becoming more successful. The Law of Attraction is always working, so it's not really a process or technique, but we fail to see our blocks that cause us to magnetize the "wrong" situations or destructive relationships into our life. Law of Attraction is operating all the time, it is just often misdirected if and when we give it the wrong or unclear instructions.

When we are focused on what we are frustrated with or on what we resent instead of on our goals and how good we will feel imagining how we will feel when we get there, Law of Attraction will still work perfectly. The only problem is you have aimed it at the wrong target (or fed it the wrong information)! Using EFT helps us point the Law of Attraction towards what we want, much like Gary Craig's use of the Reminder Phrase that helps focus our minds on the issue we need to focus upon.

So again, the Law of Attraction is turned on 24 hours a day, but it's our job to direct it towards our goals or we will be disappointed with the results. How do you feed this "LAW" the right directions when it is so tempting and easy to focus on something you don't want (the extra weight, the bills, ill health etc)? Change your vibration with EFT.

EFT is the best technique I have found (and I have tried zillions…) to help reduce the feelings and conflicts that are in the way of opening a clear channel for attracting your desires. When you clear your blocks with EFT, the Law of Attraction will bring you opportunities and experiences you have been wanting without much effort. I know, you too were taught that anything worth having will take years of hard work and trouble…when you experiment with using EFT with the Law of Attraction you'll see that life may not have to be such a struggle. (A common limiting belief to clear with EFT.)

Your Vibration Comes First:

So again: You won't make progress in your life unless your vibration is positive, focused and clear, and you are "lined up" or in synch with the vibration of your desires –whether you want more money, better relationships, perfect business opportunities, or a healthier body etc. In other words, if you want to be thin, you can't be focusing on how fat you are, how you hate your legs, or how you are repulsed by your body etc. If you want to have more money, you can't be focused on your monthly bills, your doubts about your business, or your current debts. If you want better health, you can't focus on your pain or your diagnosis. While some of these realities may be technically true, and are present in your life, you must be focused on what you want instead of the "truth" of what is staring you in the face. This isn't about denial. This is about choosing your focus.

So the Law of Attraction is fueled by the emotions generated by what you are focused on. It is actually quite a mechanical recipe. So you must be excited and expectant about the prospect of meeting the right business partners, attracting the right clients, reaching your goal weight, rather than on which relationship you can't wait to leave, what situation you hope to rid yourself of, or what debts you are trying to pay off.

So if we are instructed to focus on "the problem" (what we don't want) when we perform the basic recipe of EFT, why isn't this counterproductive to using the Law of Attraction to our advantage?

When we are using EFT, we are treating the real vibration we have going on in our body and mind. We're not pretending to be happy when we're not (which offers conflicting vibrations to the Universe) we're not acting as if everything is "fine" when we're deeply anxious about a situation, and we're not glossing over the truth with affirmations that we don't "buy." We are dealing with our current vibration head-on, neutralizing it, and clearing the way for more positive vibrations that the Universe can then "hear" and act upon. If there's too much static, your message won't be sent.

Picture yourself on TV, talking to an audience, and telling the audience exactly what you want to attract into your life. Picture yourself looking excited, stating what you want, telling the audience what you are hoping will manifest. Sounds ok, right? But what carries far more weight than the words you are speaking to the audience is the "subtitles" at the bottom of the screen!! What are your subtitles? What are you really communicating on a deeper level energetically?
Suppose you want to attract a new romantic relationship, and you are telling your "audience" how much you want this, how excited you are about this possibility, and how you hope you will be able to meet him/her sometime soon. At the bottom of your screen, you are most likely using "energetic subtitles" such as "But I don't really believe this…" or "I remember how I got dumped last time…" or "I'll only get hurt again, so why am I bothering to put myself out there?…" The Universe "hears" and picks up your subtitles, not your words. This is why it's so critical to use EFT to deal with the actual vibration that is going on inside of you right now. This clears the decks and prepares you for attracting what you keep insisting you want, even as you complain of how it eludes you.

Too often what people are doing is pretending they don't feel angry, hurt, sad or hopeless, and this pretending only reinforces the actual vibration going on inside of you. (In the above example, I recommend you use EFT for the past hurts from your relationships, the doubts about the future, about being too old, not ______ enough, and collapse these obstacles and THEN you will communicate congruence when you ask the Universe for what you want!)
What's critical to remember is that what you are FEELING is what you are vibrating or communicating to the Universe. Your words don't matter if your vibration is communicating something different. So if you want to use EFT to attract a new love interest, but your "vibration" is stuck on the last breakup you suffered, that's where you will "be" energetically, and the Universe will pick that up, interpret it as "I want more of these negative people because I am focused on them" and will deliver another mate just like the last one. He or she will just be from another city or country, but will have the same vibration.

So our work is to change our vibration first, then what we want can flow into our lives.
In preparation for parts 2-5 of this series, I offer this EFT round to get you started on collapsing limiting beliefs that may be blocking you from getting what you want:

Karate chop point: Even though I'm convinced life must be a struggle, that's what they taught me, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway…Even though they taught me that life has to be a struggle, it can't be easy, I accept who I am and what I believe…Even though I'm very skeptical about this Law of Attraction stuff, I deeply and profoundly accept all of my feelings and where they came from.

EYEBROW: I am convinced that my life has to be difficult.

SIDE OF EYE: I'm sure there are no "easy" ways.

UNDER EYE: They taught me it will always be hard.

NOSE: Life has to be a struggle.

CHIN: That's how it has always been.

COLLARBONE: I wonder if that has anything to do with what they taught me?

UNDER ARM: I wonder if I am ready to change?

HEAD: Life has to be a struggle, and it always has been.

EYEBROW: I used to think life had to be difficult.

SIDE OF EYE: I'm very skeptical of easy paths.

UNDER EYE: Doesn't life have to be miserable?

NOSE: Isn't it always hard to make money unless you are already rich?

CHIN: What if there is an easier way?

COLLARBONE: What if I haven't been taught it yet?

UNDER ARM: Maybe I've been doing it wrong all along.

HEAD: I am willing to consider a new possibility.

Karate chop point: Even though I've been working too hard for no reward all my life, and I resent it, I accept who I am and why I've been working this way…Even though I didn't know there was a better way, I accept my feelings and all of me…Even though there's a part of me that's still skeptical, I choose to be open to trying something new.

EYEBROW: I've been working too hard.

SIDE OF EYE: I knew something was wrong with this formula.

UNDER EYE: Maybe life doesn't have to be a struggle.

NOSE: It was for them.

CHIN: Maybe they didn't know better.

COLLARBONE: I think they just taught me what they knew.

UNDER ARM: I'm considering trying something new.

HEAD: Maybe life doesn't have to be such a struggle.

EYEBROW: I have decided to relax and allow abundance into my life.

SIDE OF EYE: I have decided it's ok to feel good about money.

UNDER EYE: Maybe I didn't know better, but I'm willing to do it differently.

NOSE: I choose a new path.

CHIN: I love feeling excited about changing my vibration.

COLLARBONE: I choose to focus on what I want.

UNDER ARM: I'm looking forward to the changes showing up in my life.

HEAD: I appreciate who I am and how I got here.

Move From Fear to Action, Even if You Expect to Fail

Now that you've acknowledged some things you've been afraid to face, how do you feel? You probably still feel paralyzed against taking action. That's OK. While diving right in and confronting a fear head-on can be very effective, that may require more courage than you feel you can summon right now.

The most important point I want you to learn from this article is that real courage is a mental skill, not an emotional one. Neurologically it means using the thinking neocortex part of your brain to override the emotional limbic impulses. In other words, you use your human intelligence, logic, and independent will to overcome the limitations you've inherited as an emotional mammal.

Now this may make logical sense, but it's far easier said than done. You may logically know you're in no real danger if you get up on a stage and speak in front of 1000 people, but your fear kicks in anyway, and the imaginary threat prevents you from volunteering for anything like this. Or you may know you're in a dead end job, but you can't seem to bring yourself to say the words, "I quit."

Courage, however, doesn't require that you take drastic action in these situations. Courage is a learned mental skill that you must condition, just as weight training strengthens your muscles. You wouldn't go into a gym for the first time and try to lift 300 pounds, so don't think that to be courageous you must tackle your most paralyzing fear right away.

There are two methods I will suggest for building courage. The first approach is analogous to progressive weight training. Start with weights you can lift but which are challenging for you, and then progressively train up to heavier and heavier weights as you grow stronger. So tackle your smallest fears first, and progressively train up to bigger and bigger fears. Training yourself to lift 300 pounds isn't so hard if you've already lifted 290. Similarly, speaking in front of an audience of 1000 people isn't so tough once you've already spoken to 900.

So grab a piece of paper, and write down one of your fears that you'd like to overcome. Then number from one to ten, and write out ten variations of this fear, with number one being the least anxiety-producing and number ten being the most anxiety-producing. This is your fear hierarchy. For example, if you're afraid of asking someone out on a date, then number one on your list might be going out to a public place and smiling at someone you find attractive (very mild fear). Number two might be smiling at ten attractive strangers in a single day. Number ten might be asking out your ideal date in front of all your mutual friends, when you're almost certain you'll be turned down flat and everyone in the room will laugh (extreme fear). Now start by setting a goal to complete number one on your list. Once you've had that success (and success in this case simply means taking action, regardless of the outcome), then move on to number two, and so on, until you're ready to tackle number ten or you just don't feel the fear is limiting you anymore. You may need to adjust the items on your list to make them practical for you to actually experience. And if you ever feel the next step is too big, then break it down into additional gradients. If you can lift 290 pounds but not 300, then try 295 or even 291. Take this process as gradually as you need to, such that the next step is a mild challenge for you but one you feel fairly confident you can complete. And feel free to repeat a past step multiple times if you find it helpful to prepare you for the next step. Pace yourself.

By following this progressive training process, you'll accomplish two things. You'll cease reinforcing the fear/avoidance response that you exhibited in the past. And you'll condition yourself to act more courageously in future situations. So your feelings of fear will diminish at the same time that your expression of courage grows. Neurologically you'll be weakening the limbic control over your actions while strengthening the neocortical control, gradually moving from unconscious mouse-like to conscious human-like behavior.

The second approach to building courage is to acquire additional knowledge and skill within the domain of your fear. Confronting fears head-on can be helpful, but if your fear is largely due to ignorance and lack of skill, then you can usually reduce or eliminate the fear with information and training. For example, if you're afraid to quit your job and start your own business, even though you'd absolutely love to be in business for yourself, then start reading books and taking classes on how to start your own business. Spend an afternoon at your local library researching the subject, or do the research online. Join the local Chamber of Commerce and any relevant trade organizations in your field. Attend conferences. Build connections. Enlist the help of a mentor. Build your skill to the point where you start to feel confident that you could actually succeed, and this knowledge will help you act more boldly and courageously when you're ready. This method is especially effective when a large part of your fear is due to the unknown. Often just reading a book or two on the subject will be enough to dispel the fear so that you're able to take action.

These two methods are my personal favorites, but there are many additional ways to condition yourself to overcome fear, including neuro-linguistic programming, implosion therapy, systematic desensitization, and self-confrontation. You can research them via an online search engine if you wish to learn such methods and increase the number of fear-busting tools in your arsenal. Most of these can be easily self-administered (implosion therapy is the notable exception).

The exact process you use to build courage isn't important. What's important is that you consciously do it. Just as your muscles will atrophy if you don't regularly stress them, your courage will atrophy if you don't consistently challenge yourself to face down your fears. In the absence of this kind of conscious conditioning, you'll automatically become weak in both body and mind. If you aren't regularly exercising your courage, then you are strengthening your fear by default; there is no middle ground. Just as your muscles automatically atrophy from lack of use, so your courage will automatically decay in the absence of conscious conditioning.
Now this may sound overly gloomy, so here's a positive way to look at it. Heavy weights can be a physical burden, but they are helpful tools to build strong muscles. You would not look at a 45-pound dumbbell and say, "Why must you be so heavy?" It is what it is. Heaviness is your thought, not an intrinsic property of the dumbbell itself. Similarly, do not look at the things you fear and say, "Why must you be so scary?" Fear is your reaction, not a property of the object of your anxiety.

Fear is not your enemy. It is a compass pointing you to the areas where you need to grow. So when you encounter a new fear within yourself, celebrate it as an opportunity for growth, just as you would celebrate reaching a new personal best with strength training.

The Process of Love

The goal of our spiritual journey is to reconnect to our Source, the innermost spiritual part of us where only one energy exists, unconditional love. We start our lives with a vague memory of this type of love, which is all accepting, all knowing and all caring and we spend much of our lives trying to reconnect with it. That search can take many forms as we try to create it with family, friends and romantic relationships. We can try to create it from exterior sources as we enhance our material world or improve our image. We believe that if we have love we will be happy and without it we are unhappy. What we do not understand is that love is a process and the path to unconditional love begins with our willingness to give and receive it from everyone, beginning with our self.

Most people do not consider whether or not they love themselves and if you asked them the answered would probably be an embarrassed “yes’ or ‘of course I do’. But the truth is that most people do not love themselves. When they look at themselves they don’t see perfection, they see all of their mistakes, regrets, insecurities and fears. They see the flaws, faults, imperfections and where they are not good enough. It is probably easier for someone to describe to you what is wrong with them than what is right with them. We all do this. We can see the extra weight, the wrinkles, point out how we are too short or too tall, aren’t educated or smart enough or successful. But if we are to move towards love, we must be willing to see ourselves as God does, existing in total perfection and learn to love ourselves.

Whether or not we have a romantic relationship tends to determine how lovable we feel we are. It is as if we must see our ‘lovability’ reflected in someone else. So if we do not have a partner (and the Shift has put many of us in that situation) we simply forget about love altogether and get on with the rest of our lives, ignoring that longing to be connected with someone which is really our inner longing for reconnection to the Source. The link that we create between romantic and unconditional love limits our ability to recognize that love is always available to us, whether or not we believe that it is manifested in our reality in the form of a loving, romantic relationship. But whether we can love and to be loved by someone else is a reflection of our ability and willingness to love ourselves.

Whatever is occurring in our reality is a reflection of how much we love ourselves. Each person and situation mirrors our degree of self love and acceptance back to us. No matter how difficult the situation, its purpose is to discover where we do not love or value ourselves. When we understand the process of love we can change any situation by stepping out of fear and into unconditional love for ourselves. When we do this we focus our energy and intention on creating more than a single change, we activate our Source connection so that every aspect of our lives mirrors unconditional love back to us.The process of love begins with loving ourselves, then we can invite love from others and create a reality that mirrors our unconditional love back to us.

When we do not operate within this dynamic we are trying to work against the energy of the Universe and find ourselves in situations where nothing works out, no one appreciates or loves us and our lives are not very happy or fulfilling. We can get caught in a spiral of negativity and believe that we are not lovable when the real message is for us to love ourselves more.The Universe never withholds its love or support from us. We are the ones who do not remember that connection. The unconditional love that is our divine heritage is always there for us. The message from the Source is that we are always loved unconditionally, supported and provided for. When we remember and reconnect we step into the flow of the unconditional love and everything becomes possible. Then we can live the miraculous lives that have been promised to us, we can receive the love from others that we have been longing for and create the reality of our dreams by simply remembering that we are loved.

Dear Universal Light,
I send my silent thoughts of love and appreciation to you now.

I offer my thanks to the light and all its aspects of energy.

I am truly grateful for your constant guidance, communication and the

many experiences that I have received and completed with your help.

Thank you for the gracious support, constant love and

patience that I know is forever mine.

I wish to send my loving thoughts to all aspects of the light

that are helping and preparing the planet for its ascension.

I know that you work not for praise but because of your

fondness for our souls and the tenderness that you feel towards this planet. I am aware and understand that I am constantly ascending, I ask you to assist

my ascension process, imparting more wisdom and understanding

to not just my soul but to the world of souls

that exist by my side on the earth.

I am aware of the new wondrous energy that the light is sending to the planet

now and I draw this new high vibrational energy into my heart, mind

and my being as a whole. I welcome the energy of the universal light

and its wisdom, I ask that it may educate, inspire

and remind me of my true form. I wish to welcome all kingdoms of the

loving light back into my life and onto the earth.

This is a prayer that you can read silently as many times as you wish.
Sometimes we forget to say thank you to our guides and
the universal light so this is a special way of giving your appreciation.
It will also draw to you the new energy that flows into the earth now,
drawing new helpers as well as experiences to your side. The prayer is also inviting many kingdoms back into our world.

Many have been banished from earth because of the knowledge that
they hold and the light connection that they have with the creator.
Once people in past years feared that with the help of these beings
we would ascend beyond levels and live a life of pure loving bliss,
they feared that they would not have control over the masses because
we would be masters of our own being.

It is time to allow the kingdoms of the light to re-enter but to also
send love and healing to those with darker influences
who fear their presence on the earth.

Symptoms of Energy Shifts & Ascension

HEADACHES:

When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. Headaches are common and they can range from migraines, to cluster headaches. Women seem to experience them more than men. They can be caused by too much energy flowing through the crown chakra, and by hormonal changes which occurs when the chakras are stimulated. Sometimes the pain can be eased by asking Spirit and your Higher Self to make an adjustment in the energy flow. When you ask for aid to ease the pain and it is part of the process that is opening and expanding your pineal or pituitary gland, the pain will only lessen. As your vibrational rate increases, the pineal and the pituitary glands expand to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Other glands change also, but these two are the major ones that contribute to headaches. This can last a few months, or a few years depending on what level of spiritual development that you are at and your rate of growth.

FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS:

This is quite common and part of the process. Just ride it out and don..t take antibiotics which will only prolong the process. These symptoms are caused by the physical body reaction to the toxins that are released when the chakras begin to expand. What ever was constricting or congesting the chakras is flushed through the blood. Also new beliefs and paradigms are enacted the imprinted consciousness in the blood becomes toxic to the physical system because it does not support the new thoughts and contributes to confusion. It is helpful to supplement the body with blood fortifying enzymes, herbs and essential oils to ease the symptoms. Hot lemon drinks will also help cleanse the body. Don't work too much during this time, because you are going through a major shift in vibration. Try and take it easy, and it will pass.

NAUSEA, LOOSE BOWEL MOVEMENTS, DIARRHEA:

This is a common reaction when the solar plexus chakra opens and releases the stored fear, anger and resentment held in the area. Karmic and family issues will produce gas and farting. The Bach Flower Rescue Remedy can ease these symptoms. Don't be afraid to take it every 30 minutes if necessary.

MUSCLE ACHES AND JOINT PAIN:

Increasing your vibration forces the energy through the body. When there are blockages impeding the energy flow this raised and forced energy slams into them causing these symptoms and ails. Often this is alleviated by asking for assistance from the Higher Self to adjust the flow to ease the pain. The body can quickly adjust to the higher vibration in a few moments, hours, or days.

DEPRESSION:

A very common symptom caused by an increased rate of vibration. This higher frequency forces any illnesses, viruses, or infections hiding in the body to surface. To discover the root-cause contributing to this state examine your beliefs and decisions that are creating your reality. It is also important to monitor your internal dialogue to learn what you are creating for yourself. If you don..t have enough water the body will store water, which ultimately leads to stagnation. Another major factor is that with the activation of new DNA fat is needed to hold the vibration. Body fat holds a higher vibration which is necessary to generate healing and channeling energy. Many of you also have agreed to anchor grids of light in the areas surrounding where you live. Anchoring these grids require body fat to help hold the energy. Body fat serves a very loving purpose as it allows embodiments to assist mother earth in holding her vibration. In becoming crystalline, the body fat is evenly distributed around every cell within the embodiment. This allows the entire body to act as a tuning fork to hold a new vibration.

LOSING YOUR MEMORY OR FEELING SPACEY:

This can be a frightening experience because you cannot remember what you had for dinner, and dinner was only an hour away. YOU ARE NOT LOSING YOUR MEMORY. You are changing over from left brain function to more of a right brain function. Areas of the brain are being activated to cope with the higher energy coming in. Sometimes it is hard to speak, words come out jumbled or garbled, this situation will pass, there is no time limit on this.

EXTREME SENSITIVITY:

As you open up to the higher vibration, you will find yourself becoming extremely sensitive to people, noises, light, smells, tastes, all sorts of things. This can affect the central nervous system and can be quite a difficult thing to cope with. You do need to take B vitamins and a multi vitamin if this is happening to you. If you are allergic to these vitamins then look for a homeopathic remedy or a Bach flower remedy for extreme sensitivity.

BLOWING LIGHT BULBS AND ELECTRONICS:

If this is happening to you, then you are really reaching a very high vibratory rate and will probably be a profound healer or channel for spirit. It is due to extremely high energy coming into the physical form. It could be described as 50,000 volts of electricity coming in at once, not only can the body not cope, but it goes through the body and out again and as it does so it affects all electronic equipment.

ANIMAL REACTIONS:

You will find that dogs and cats and other animals will become aware of your energy and be frightened of it or want to be around it all the time. Many animals can't get enough of the energy. Others are somewhat frightened because they do not understand it.

FOOD CHANGES:

Also, the changes to our physiological make-up are currently speeding up and there are many temporary physical symptoms that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this. Some of these are:

Flu-like symptoms. High temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics. Migraine headaches with severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers. Occasional diarrhea. Occasional runny nose and sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hayfever. Dizziness. Ringing in the ears. Heart palpitations. Feeling the whole body vibrate, especially at night when one is in a relaxed state. Intense muscular spasms and pain in one or more areas of the body. Tingling in arms, hands, legs or feet. Temporary loss of muscular power in the body caused by changes to the circulatory system. Occasional breathing difficulties, and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state. Immune system changes. Tenderness in the breasts and/or genitals. Lymphatic system changes. Changes to skin tone and colour. Feeling tired or exhausted from minor exertion. Wanting to sleep longer and more often than usual. Toe nails and hair growing quicker than usual. Bouts of depression for no real reason. Finding that one is delving into the past, looking at relationships and gaining clarity on personal issues. Feeling one is doing a huge purge. Tension, anxiety and high stress levels because one feels that something is going on but one doesn't know what it is. Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist and so on and usually told that there is nothing really wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that the above mentioned physiological changes are occurring.

Some of the recommended relief remedies for the above are:

Go with the flow, don't fight it. If you feel tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep. Drink plenty of water for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual. To relieve emotional tension and stress levels take Valerian. Fenugreek relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification. To relieve muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long hot soak in a bath into which you add a cup of Epsom salts. Do this daily. Recognize that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren't dying, just changing! However, don't just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure. If you don't know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief. All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind as aloud or as in physically taking them. Try it and see. Ask your angel guides or higher self to help relieve any pain. Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may reoccur from time to time.

These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently, for instance, a very small percentage of adults have already embodied a further 2 strands of DNA (as at 2001) and are now beginning to move into fourth dimensional awareness. This physical change in our state of being is completely dependent upon our current level of consciousness, therefore, as we lift our perceptions to embrace ever increasing levels of truth and higher thought, so we embody further strands of DNA. This entire process is managed by our I AM presence or higher self, so we are in extremely capable and loving hands, and must therefore, learn to surrender to it.

Hold this feeling and know you are within a protected space of love and light. In the coming months there will be changes as you wish for them. Become Clear
From the view of higher intelligence the Teachers of Light ask you to become clear about your life and see past the physical efforts of the world to keep you in shackles of confusion. Your home is a House of Light and strong beyond compare, abundant, free and with a loving family that protects all of their children. Transmitter of Feelings
It is time to give your feelings forth and select the thoughts that feed them with love, goodness, prosperity and wisdom. Thoughts are generated by the group mind and they are frequencies of infinite diversity with endless variety and supreme contrast.
Your individual mind receives these thoughts in the manner of a radio receiver tuned to channels or vibration. Each individual mental body can receive millions upon millions of individual thoughts a day but there is not one thought that can be created new. You are a receiver of thoughts but transmitters of feeling.

Manifesting Feelings
Through your emotional body and your heart you feel and combine thoughts into forms which become manifested if enough energy of feeling is concentrated and focused upon the thoughts you select. This information can be expanded upon greatly as such to define how the thoughts move through the mind into the heart and then manifest through the layers of conscious awareness and consensual reality.
Let it be said that the importance of the thought is lesser than the feeling for the feeling empowers thoughts to become forms of manifestation within your fields of experience. It is here then that the combination of the mental thought and the emotional form become manifest. Your individual mind chooses the thoughts in order to move forward on your life plan of manifestation and it is your free will that selects the channel based upon your emotional guidance system.

State of Grace, Bliss and Love
When you are in a state of grace, bliss and love of life then you find it easy to select thoughts that support your self-confidence, prosperity and altruistic humanitarian impulses. Under an emotional cloud of despair because you have selected ideas and images of things that contain painful, depressive and hopelessness the feelings you create naturally vibrate with that level and create thought forms to manifestations that follow a negative spiral of confusion, anger and apathy.
Once you begin to realize that only the feeling is your responsibility and the higher the vibration of feeling you have the more likely you will choose thoughts that support enjoyment and happiness and share this with others who are part of your greater family.

You Are Protected
In the House of Light you are protected always from pain, problems, disturbances and defeat. The world of your experience is all illusion, a dream, a fantasy of ideas, thoughts and images that have no content other than the intentions you decide to put forth through apply your emotion to them. In the realm of this illusion you have power to instantly change your channel and receive higher thoughts which harmonize with higher emotional states which in turn produce manifestations in accord with the thoughts and emotions produced.
It is simply a manner of vibration, empowerment and focus. On this level of reality, the third dimension, things appear when they are focused by consciousness and placed into consensual awareness. For ideas to come into creative stream they must be empowered by personal emotion. Without emotion ideas float in an ocean of potential wherein nothing becomes of them.
When a manifest being receives an idea and begins to empower it with emotion then the idea grows in strength for that individual and as it becomes more and more focused with intensity it starts to draw to itself the corresponding manifestation. This is simply the Law of Attraction following the principle of inclusion.

Collective Consciousness
In each reality are given special templates which hold the society to a format that includes its plan for development. This plan is designated by the collective will or emotion of the group or family. From the group mind the family, nation or planet seeks ideas that correspond to the manifestation that is desired by the collective will. The collective will is shown to some you know as avatars, sages, philosophers, humanitarians and other world leaders.
Through the process of selection there is a continuous choosing of ideas that support the shared feelings of the family. The consensual reality is thus chosen before the manifestation through the inner sense of collective understanding. Concepts of history are collective memories that fade from consciousness not unlike the remembrance of an adult of childhood. It is a vague recollection of dreamed images and only the deeper feelings of acceptance or rejection are recoverable.
There are strong emotional feelings that are left deep within the psyche that hold whatever reality encoded with the passion, pleasure, pain or bliss of the unalterable blurred moments of personal history. It is within this past that there are habits of emotional selection which are to be forgiven. In the ever present now the opportunity for the selection of ideas are most abundant and give you the ability to choose direction and achieve higher levels of awakening.

The Home of Love
Your body is a house of light and your emotions are the home of love. It is the way of the world to acknowledge the highest form of being throughout creation. In this manner you are given the components of that which will be built into a creative manifestation. You are the creator and live within the house of light. It is your being that is known to own a home created from love.

The healer lives at the heart of each of us and we long to play a part in blessing the world. All of us in one way or another have been the instruments of healing power. At one time or another each of us has said a prayer, lit a candle, had a loving thought, written a kind letter, or simply held someone close in our hearts. This is the evidence of the presence of the healer within.

Have you ever marveled at the personal healing that takes place during sleep? It is considered the number one anti-oxidant. You can go to bed tired, sick, in pain, or troubled in mind or feeling. Magically when you wake up the next morning it is all changed, perhaps gone or much improved. What is at work here? You, the master healer is at work. It is written that this wonderful Presence neither slumbers nor sleeps.

What is required to bring this healing force into our daily lives is the awareness in consciousness that we have what it takes to allow creative change to happen in our world, with the people and the things we are connected with physically, mentally, and emotionally. Working to sustain an intensity of unconditional love in one's atmosphere or energy field requires training, deliberateness, and a willingness to never let the radiance of love be dissipated through reaction to what comes our way. The "stuff" of this world usually appears in the form of chaos. If there is personal involvement with what is seemingly distorted, ugly, or sick, we cannot give it our blessing. It can and will change if we leave it alone and simply do our radiant work of blessing, allowing the pure current of peace and love to be quietly present.
We live in an ocean of vibratory connection with people and nature. This tapestry of energy is present; there are people we have never met and yet we have a vibratory connection with them. Have you ever met someone for the first time and felt that you have known that person forever? Over these invisible lines of connection we are called to intercede and to minister.

Take a journey beyond our conception of ourselves; a journey within, we feel a deep sense of connection to the Whole,our Source. We are pure beings of energy originating from the Source of all energy and returning to the Source of all energy. What is energy healing?

It is a method of using Universal energy or Life force to raise the frequency (energy level) of the physical body. Some practitioners prefer to use hands-on while others just send or project higher energy out of their hands into the client's energy field. At the fundamental level of our being, we are an interchange of energy with a consciousness. In other words we are a spirit wearing a body. (We are not a body having a spiritual experience.)

Energy Healing : When an application of higher frequency energy is applied to a person …they naturally feel lighter and better. The person who "feels bad" is having low frequency in their body. When their energy flow gets low and they are more likely to "catch a cold" or get the flu. When the person's energy is high the person feels inner peace, joy, and a connection to Source energy.

Energy medicine can be applied to yourself just as easily as to another. Practitioners flow this Life Force and it is the energy behind all healing. Wherever this energy is flowing and in balance, there is health and well-being. Wherever this energy is being blocked or cut off there is dis-harmony and dis-ease.

The Road to Wellness

The Road to wellness has many paths. Some paths may be a straight line to Source, while others may zig and zag, others may back track, while yet others may simply continue around in a circle. All roads, regardless of which one you are on now, will lead to the same place in the end. The path always leads to Source, to Creator, God/Goddess, to whatever you choose to call it. What does your path to wellness look like?

Our paths we currently walk are a mere reflection of our inner path. What does this mean exactly? Our outer worlds are first expressed from within our inner worlds. The thoughts, which we create and give energy too then becomes our reality! Did you get that? “Give energy too” doesn’t refer to the “wanting” something, it refers to “giving energy too.” When you consistently think of something with passion, both positive or negative, you give energy to it!

When you can understand the concept of “Thoughts Create Realities”, it then becomes easier to choose How you live your life! Learning to Empower yourself with the power of choice, will begin to open doors for you, your path then will become less bumpy, less turns & twists.

To live your life “in wellness” it requires your body, mind, and spirit to be in synch with one another. There are several methods, lots of teachers and guides to assist you along this process. Learning to bring balance to this triad connection, will bring a sense of inner harmony, this is the place where true healing occurs. We will be taking a look at each avenue more in an in-depth manner each week.

First and foremost is the condition of your physical body. If you are currently experiencing illness, pain, or dis-ease, first seek the attention of your primary care giver. Next, note that these symptoms are natures way of trying to get your attention, Nature’s Reset Button, so to speak. When we cut ourselves off from our creator, when we disconnect ourselves from our spiritual side (one does not have to be religious in order to reach a stature of spirituality) our spirit self tries to get our attention. As we continue to not listen, our promptings become louder and louder until we break down and say “I can’t take it anymore, I need help”! So, if you are currently experiencing pain or illness, ask yourself what is out of balance within your spiritual growth process. There are many available options to you, if you are currently ill that we will be discussing through this weekly newsletter.

Next, we need to look at our minds, our thoughts. What do you focus on the most? Do you focus on lack or despair? Or do you focus of gratitude? What you focus on is what appears in your life. We have briefly discussed this in the beginning on this newsletter, but we will be going into more detail in further newsletters.

Lastly, there is our spiritual connection. Now, I know everyone has their own beliefs system and we are not here to discuss religion. Healing is Not a religion, it is a way of life. When we experience traumatic events, extreme pain, or loss at an early age, coupled with abandonment a part of our Soul splinters off. Have you ever heard or experienced the saying. “When he/she left, they took a part of me with them”? in a sense, this is what happens when a part of your Soul leaves. There is a feeling of being alone, despair, not being able to go on in life. Without your Soul, there is no you!

Think about this for a minute. Without Your Soul, there is NO You! It is our Soul that inhabits our physical bodies, when your Soul leaves, you will perish. Now, don’t’ get me wrong, I am not trying to scare you or use the whole “doom & gloom” approach, I do not like that. What I am trying to help you see, is how important to our existence it is to have a good, healthy relationship with yourself! This is where healing begins.

When I was asked to write this newsletter, I was very excited to share with all of you alternative methods of healing. I was excited and my mind raced, what Will I say first? How will I begin? What would you all be interested in knowing and learning. By showing you that you have options, choices, and alternative means by which to heal yourself, it opens doorways to empowerment, and with these open doorways comes healing. All healing begins from within. It starts with you, with a desire to heal, to be Whole.

Why Ground Yourself

As the old patterns are released and the new information integrated,

emotional discord can occur in which one feels like

crying,or feels angry, or feels agitated.

Such emotions are transitory and the act of walking or swimming

will help flush such emotions out of the field

so that one can come back to balance and move into one's center again.

It is important not to "hold on to" old emotions,

as such emotions must be cleared through the field.

It is often in the act of trying to avoid the pain

that one ungrounds and soul leaves the form.

In the simple act of walking, soul can more readily anchor

and assist the body in clearing the old emotions away

so that a newfound sense of well being can follow.

As the old patterns are released, often a form of etheric pus is

left over in the auric field. This pus, if it collects in large enough

amounts, will bloat the etheric body leading to physical "puffiness"and

water retention. If it is left for longer periods of time and not

addressed, it can also lead to weight gain. The etheric body is the

blueprint for the form. If the etheric body puffs, so will the

physical form. It is for this reason that it is important to pace

yourself in one's ascension.

Sometimes, some initiates wish to race through their ascension,

and try and integrate more than they can handle

in a given day, week or month.

If one has the time to spend detoxifying, such a choice to ascend

so rapidly is not wrong. However, many ascending humans live a

lifestyle that does not have the luxury of many days off to be spent

in a mineral pool or at a mud bath. Therefore, I, Earth Mother, guide

you to go at a pace that serves your lifestyle

In so doing, each ascending human will feel better,

remain in better balance and a state of centeredness,

and will take the pace that serves their particular life experience.

INTENT #3 - BALANCED GIVING AND RECEIVING

I intend to bring giving and receiving to balance within, giving

myself and all others that which is required to ascend, upon all

planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious

Balanced giving and receiving is a necessity in order to have an

auric field that continuously rotates and moves as it should in order

to fuel one's ascension. Each vibration in ascension requires a

specific rotation of each moving energy field around the form.I

f the field slows enough, the frequency of the form will drop.

If the field increases its rotation enough, the vibration goes up.

If the moving energy systems increase in rotation

beyond a certain threshold,another segment of initiation in one's ascension is embodied or

embraced and one takes an initiation.

Giving can be considered equivalent to extending one's energy

towards another or toward Earth through the act of communion.

If the energy is not returned, one feels depleted.

If one gives too much energy to another person, group,

place or object, the depletion can be so great

that the auric field slows down causing a drop in frequency

and therefore a backwards movement within one's ascension.

Ascension requires the on

going collection of more and more chito fuel an ever-increasing vibration

along with building an ever increasing sized auric field.

As one learns to both give and receive, balance follows..

As the internal giving and receiving came to balance, the outer plane

physical reality also comes into balance

And so this will also be true for each initiate that intends to ascend and in the process

brings giving and receiving to balance.

INTENT #4 - I INTEND TO REMAIN GROUNDED AT ALL TIMES

I intend to master the frequencies of the gender of my biology and

retain my grounding in all that I do upon all planes of reality,

conscious, subconscious and unconscious

Grounding has to do with connecting with I, Earth Mother, along

with anchoring soul within the form. For a long time now, the human

species has been ungrounded. Many Peoples have a natural grounding

mechanism~ because of their close ties to the Earth Mother~

Those whom are related to the Native American, African, Indian,

Polynesian, Aborigine and South American Indians have

retained biological grounding within their genetic heritage.

It is predominately the White and Asian races

that have lost their ability to ground.

Grounding can be likened to a portal through which soul is

anchored in the grid work of the form, and then further anchors via

another portal to the center of the Earth.

It is also when soul is grounded to the center of the Earth

that there is a pathway for the denser frequencies that one is

detoxifying upon a daily basis to leave one's field in the act of

ascending.Without grounding, soul is not present, and therefore one will be

tired as there is nothing present to fuel energy within one's etheric

grid work. Without grounding, there is no place for the pus or

entities that one is releasing in the act of ascending to leave the

field, as there is not a connection to the center of the Earth, which

leads to a toxic buildup and potentially flue like symptoms.

Therefore, grounding becomes essential to the ongoing process of

ascension to sustain the health and well being of the form.

When one hits a particularly difficult part of one's ascension

that is very discordant or painful, it is natural to unground and have

the soul leave the embodiment. One often ungrounds in order not to

feel the pain. It is the soul that feels as it engages with the

emotional body.

It is Soul energy that anchors into our auric field.

It is soul that brings forth the ascension and it is Soul

that holds one's boundaries so that one cannot be manipulated.

Without soul, one is like a flag blowing in the wind and

subject to the energetic manipulation of others~

And soul requires a state of grounding in order to be present in the form.

The Soul requires an anchoring into form

and that is thru connection with Earth

through the vessel of the human embodiment.

Such a transmutation requires the releasing of all karma~

Karma must be released from the physical, mental and emotional vehicles~

along with all association of pain attached to karmic debt~

Released from the form and vibrational field of energy~

that surrounds these vehicles~

Karma is a record of a particular experience at a particular time

within one's ancestral memory~

Often such ancestors were in great pain as the karma was recorded.

Sometimes such karma may have even been recorded in the act of a very

painful death or trauma of one sort or another. So karma and pain are

often united, and as the karma comes up to be released, the pain

associated comes up to be processed simultaneously. As the pain is

processed, it is released and erased for good out of the form so that

the form can know a new beginning in which pain is not a part of one's

heritage. This is what ascension brings forth, the erasure of all pain

that is in both the biological and etheric bodies surrounding the

human form a little at a time over a many year period.

In so doing,one receives a new beginning and new life

based upon joy, abundance,good heal

We have learned that thoughts are things.

The focus on the things is what makes manifest,

first to our own realities, then outward to the rest.

Is this "thing" bothering you? Simply "defocus".

Without attention, a thing does not exist, first in your reality, then outward to the rest.

"This "thing" came to mind, but I bid it should not enter in,

so I sent it onward going, blessing it as it went."

Now a "thing" is a manifesting of the "thought",

that has been focused on, so the "thought" still exist, yet you can

choose to let it go, and away it will go.

If the same and "like thoughts" seem to come to mind,

more and more, over and over, you must realize

that a flow had been started. This is natural.

Each thought attracts more of the same kind of thoughts.

Be not alarmed, this is good. Now your beginning to see the power here.

But you say, "they keep coming, I don't want "that thought",

"that kind of thought", "that way of thinking."

And we say, so don't.

But realize that thoughts are energy.

They do not just disappear. They are "an act of creation",

a command. And once it's been established,

the thought's only course is to empower itself, and attract

all the energy it needs to come forth, to be manifested.

Just because you may let it go, it still exist,

the whole time gathering itself "into being".

It simply takes someone allowing this thought to enter,

and if focused on, will manifest for them.

Now, let us understand what happens to a thought,

expressed from yourself, or one that seems to "come to you",

perhaps from somewhere else, which is usually the case.

It, they, come to us for our blessings. What are blessings?

Say it! Blessings are Thoughts.

When a thought drops in and we decide to give it attention,

that is, focus, we begin to feed it.

We bring more thought and energy to it.

Thought wishes to LIVE...to be made manifest.

That is it's nature, it's true desire.

You have heard of "thought forms".

It is just "thought forming", becoming.

You are creator, and your creation, or,

recreation, desires your blessing and attention.

But again, we ask, what happens to a thought?

Once it IS, you can say it explodes.

That is, it instantly goes out in every direction, to everywhere.

Now to help you understand this,

we'll use the earth as an example in scope.

The thought goes out in every direction.

We tend to think in "up and down", and "left and right".

But let's spin, point your fingers out to the

side...as you spin, you will come full circle, yet this is not every direction.

This might be best understood if your at the core of the earth...

it spreads out in "every direction", without boundry.

This is the same for thought...where your at, the thought goes out.

Now recall that we come again to "itself",

and the "source", or "creator"....that's you.

This is why a thought "comes again"...

you feel maybe over and over, because, and only because,

you still lend it attention. In the time that thought has traveled

the full circle in every direction, no time has passed.

Thought does not need time in which to operate,

but for this example, let's say in one second it returns.

Now...can you see what happens?

You understand why thoughts prevail, but there's more....much more.

The thought keeps going....full circle...again. And?

What has happened? The thought has "doubled" on itself,

it has become twice as powerful, attaching energy and more thoughts to it.

Again, here it comes, so it triples????

No!Huh?

Let's explain...it came round, full circle.

It doubled. Again, it must "double".

Each time it comes around, it doubles again.

You've heard this before, somewhere....

This is much like the code of life, of creation...the "fibonacci".

However, what comes back to itself, doubles with each coming.

Are you beginning to see how one thought, entertained,

can soon become, your entire reality?

Before you decide to feel overwhelmed about some thoughts,

your own, or those your beginning to realize

are within the entire realm of thoughts now,

let us respond with incredible love and hope.

We are able to express love and send it outward...

constantly giving off a pulse, like ripples on a pond,

a pond that responds outward in every direction,

over and over, it begins to double, again and again.

It becomes more and more powerful.

And as it comes round and round again, we bless it.

How? remember? We offer more thought.

We empower the very thing it is becoming, desiring to manifest.

We give it love.

Now taken a step further, as this is happening,

we can then focus our attention, like a universal laser of intense power,

into, or to anywhere we so desire.

We send it to our loved ones.

We send it to our neighbors and friends.

We send it to any place on earth, into any ailment,

any illness, into any situation.

And as we send it, it comes to our awareness where it is needed.

First one thing, then the next.

And in love, surrounded by it,

bubbling over with it, we send it abundantly.

It is impossible to judge while sending love,

because even what seems to be not worthy,

is the very thing that requires it the most.

So whether a thought you decide

is not for you at this time,

or what you just saw on the news,

we bless it with love and compassion,

without judgement, without engaging,

and healing can come.

Now, where do you think we could send love

that makes the difference even bigger?

We send it into the past, it exist right now as well,

and by doing so, we send love into those

decesions and actions and experiences, which,

at a deeper level, changes your very NOW.

You can send it into the future,

to every event and possibility.

You send it into the NOW where your at.

But there's one more place...

You send it into the thoughts which are not loving.

Into the thought

Quiet your thoughts, your judgements,

and your expectations

Allow others the same freedom you desire,

your own choices

Your way is Not their way, and their way

History of Reiki - The Reiki Story

REIKI HISTORY

This is traditional story of Usui Reiki System.

DR. MIKAO USUI was a Christian minister and was the head of a Christian Boys School in Kyoto, Japan. One day some of the students asked him if he believed in the healing miracles, which Jesus did. Being a Christian minister he answered, "I believe they were real healings". They asked him why no one was healing like that today. Since he had no answer to the question, he immediately resigned his post and went in search of an answer.
With this he resolved to find the way in which Jesus had healed. This immediately set him on a journey of many years. Studying first at Christian schools in the US, for where else to learn of Jesus, but with no results. In the
Christian schools the method was not known.

It was suggested he study Buddhist writings since the Buddha had also healed.
This took more years studying at a monastery in the Orient. Nowhere could he find the answers. In Japan he toured many temples asking for knowledge of how the Buddha had healed. At each one the monks said they used to heal like that but now were more concerned with spiritual rather than physical well being. In one small monastery he found some ancient Sanskrit writings from India (or perhaps Tibet). In these writings he found the symbols for healing, but lacked the ability to use them. After a few more years of study, he felt he had come to an understanding and that to go further required in depth meditation. He declared to the monks of that monastery his intention to fast and meditate for 21 days at a nearby mountain and that if he shall not come back they should come and get his body.

He went to the mountain and gathered 21 stones with which to count the days.
Each day he would throw away a stone and in this way count the time. On the
20th day nothing had come as yet and he threw away the last stone saying "Well, this is it, either I get the answer tonight or I do not". As morning approached, he could see a ball of light coming toward him on the horizon. The first instinct was to get out of the way, but he realized this might just be what he was waiting for, so allowed it to hit him right in the forehead. "I am what you have waited for." As it struck him he was taken on a journey and shown bubbles of all the colours of the rainbow in which were the symbols of Reiki, the very same symbols in the Tibetan writings he was studying but had been unable to understand. Now as he looked at them again, there was total understanding. When he again became aware of his surroundings, the sun was high in the sky, telling him that the journey had taken a few hours.

After returning from this experience he began back down the mountain and was, from this moment on, able to heal. On his way down the mountain, he stubbed his toe so hard that blood was coming from under the nail. He instinctively grabbed his toe and held it until the pain was gone. When he took his hand away, his toe was completely healed. On his journey back to the monastery, he came across a home that had a red table cloth over the outside table. This meant that the home served food and that they were open. Dr. Usui stopped for a meal to break his 21 day fast. The owner saw that he was in monk’s robes and in a condition indicating a long fast. "I will fix you some rice gruel." This was the best food for breaking a long fast, as regular food would make a person very sick. "No, please bring me a full meal, all the regular food." After some arguing about it, the owner had his daughter bring out a full meal for Mikao, which he ate with no ill effects. While he was eating, he noticed that the owner’s daughter had an ailing tooth, which was very swollen and painful. Dr. Usui laid his hands on the check of the girl for sometime and when he removed his hands, the tooth was healed, the swelling gone and no pain was felt. Dr. Usui was excited to return to the monastery. When he arrived, he asked to see his mentor. After cleaning himself up and putting on fresh clothing, he related the entire story to the monk.

The abbot, having been bed ridden from chronic arthritis then asked Dr. Usui to heal him of this disease, which Dr. Usui promptly did. These are known as the first four miracles.

Dr. Usui wanted to use these abilities to help others. He spent the next seven years in the beggars section of Tokyo healing the poor and sick people there, sending them to a monk to learn meditation and to help them find employment, and thereby, elevating them out of poverty. After the seven years he noticed familiar faces, those of people whom he'd healed long ago who were back again.
Asking them, they complained that life outside beggar town was hard and that it was much simpler to beg for a living. They had thrown away the gift of health, as if it had no value, to return to the supposed comfort of the life they knew.
This threw Dr. Usui into a quandary and he returned to the monastery. From this he realized he hadn't taught gratitude along with the healing. That he'd focused on the physical ailments without dealing with the spiritual matters. The people did not understand the value of the gift he gave them.
After some time in the monastery he developed precepts and the belief that one needs to pay for treatments and attunements. In this new plan he travelled around the countryside from village to village. In each one he stood in a public place during the day holding aloft a lit torch. When people told him he didn't need a torch in daylight, he answered that he was looking for the few who are interested in improving their vision. In this way he travelled around teaching and healing, working both with the spiritual healing as well as physical healing.

Love Without Conditions

I love you as you are, as you seek to find your own special
way to relate to the world.
I honour your choicesto learn in the way you feel is right for you.
I know it is important that you are the person you want to be
and
not someone that I or others think you 'should' be.
I realise that I cannot know what is best for you,
although perhaps sometimes I think I do.
I have not been where you have been,
viewing life from the angle you have.
I do not know what you have chosen to learn,
how you have chosen to learn it,
with whom or in what time period.
I have not walked life looking through your eyes,
so how can I know what you need.
I allow you to be in the world without a thought or
word of judgement from me about the deeds you undertake.
I see no error in the things you say and do.
In this place where I am,
I see that there are many ways to perceive
and experience the different facets of our world.
I allow without reservationthe choices you make in each moment.
I make no judgement of this, for if I would deny your right to your evolution,
then I would deny that right for myself and all others.
To those who would choose a way I cannot walk,
whilst I may not choose to add my power and my energy to this way,
I will never deny you the gift of love that God has bestowed within me,
for all creation.As I love you, so I shall be loved.
I allow you the universal right of free will ~to walk your own path,
creating steps ~~or
to sit awhile if that is what is right for you.
I will make no judgementsthat these steps are large or small,
nor light or heavy or that they lead up or down,
for this is just my viewpoint.
I may see you do nothing and judge it to be unworthy
and yet it may be that you bring great healing~ as you
stand blessed by the Light of God.
I cannot always see the higher picture of Divine order.
For it is the inalienable right of all life~to choose their
own evolution and with great love I acknowledge your
right~to determine your future.
In humility I bow to the realisation~that the way I see as best for me~does not
have to mean it is also right for you.
I know that you are led as I am,
following the inner excitement to know your own path.
I will still love you ~even if you don't believe in those things I believe in.
I understand you are truly my brother and my sister,
though you may have been born in a different
place and believe in another God than I.
The love I feel is for all of God's world.
I know that every living thing is a part of God
and I feel a love deep within for every person,
animal,tree and flower, every bird, insect, river and ocean
and for all the creatures in all the world.
I live my life in loving service, being the best me I can,
becoming wiser in the perfection of Divine truth,

Making connection with your Soul Group

Do you feel that there is a group of souls on the planet, that you are supposed to meet,

and do some spiritual work with?

The group could be you, and one other person, or several people,

who are all on your frequency.

You sense each other's presence.

They may be other aspects of your soulwanting to come together...

The Internet has been instrumentalin bringing soul groups together.

But this feeling goes beyond the Internet.

It is a feeling in your soul, you sense these people,

often living in areas not near your home.

The people who share our journeys varyas we learn and move on.

If you feel that is time to meet them,

and they too are in readiness,

synchronicities will reunite you.

You must feel this tugging in your soul.

Many people want to have metaphysical adventures,

but they have no free time -work, school, family,

or other obligations fill up their time.

When you are ready, you will make time, and it will be amazing.

You need amazing in your life.

There is nothing more fun that meeting someone on the same path....

you speak the same language..

.often the written word is not needed.

You realize that you are going through something together

that will make you more aware when you are finished...

like taking a voyage.

If you sense these souls....just relax your mind and body...

clear your thoughts....see yourself as a beacon of light....

send out a message...they will hear you.

They may come in to help with healing and clearing,

or for something beyond.

You will recognize each other and move forward.

You never know who may show up.
