Today is an especially good day to do release work.
(The day after the full moon).
Some of us say, "Let go and let God.",
Some of us meditate, take a long bath or
go by the ocean or a favorite place.
Release and feel the release.
Take deep breaths and exhale,
while focusing on releasing what
has been on your worried mind.
Let it go.....
Know that others care and the answers will come,
when you are ready to receive.
Feel the lightness of releasing your worries
and know that as you wish it,
so shall it be.
